Hey Sam, I've been tracking my macros every day for over a year now, your advice being what prompted me to do so, and the progress I've experienced is comparable to newbie gains. I always drank a lot of water, but more recently I've gone from averaging 3L to 4L and went from paying better attention to my sleep to actually tracking it with a Fitbit... Continually getting more locked in is a beautiful process. Thank you for being such a good influence on millions. The ripple effect is also not to be neglected. All the best to you Sam

You Know, I used to swim in young age, at professional levels, lots of national, European and world championships.. I swam for 14 years then I started working in a family business of my parents, and stopped doing anything except working, ignoring my physique.. I was 171 pound when I stopped swimming and I’m now 220, kinda fat, still with a good amount of muscle, but mainly fat.. I’ve tried lot of times to get in shape, for many month (at least 6 months, the longest period was like 8 months..) and never get back in shape, never a positive result or something relatively significant to say, just keep going… nothing, no metter how hard I’ve tried or wanted it.. I am very disappointed about my physique and I hate see myself that fat, i never get used to.. 😭 love you videos and your consistency throughout the years.. ❤

Hey Sam, talking about AAARRRMMM Day obliteration! I loved the vid and talk going through all the sets and funny you mentioned about your rear delts cause I was going to mention that to you in the comments as well. They're like their own separate plant hanging out there in the back. I'll be the first to admit and think I mentioned it before in another video I but never really sought after particular muscles until coming across your channel. I'm a noob when it comes to body building especially [nowhere near the bod] but have lifted weight on and off my whole life. Like most average people in the gym focus on arms like curls or triceps pull downs only focusing on the whole arm vs. how you dissect each individual muscle you feel needs more attention. Of course lifting other muscle groups as well, I'm sure you get what I'm saying. You're methodology is on to something because you reap what you sow. I've taken a lot of your key take-aways and applied them to my own and boy I never knew I had rear delts. I see them peaking out a little after a good shoulder/delt pump. I like the fact that you used cables vs. dumbbells this time toping it off with a superset. During the pose down I can tell they got pumped for sure. Between veins, striations, or a massive pump is what its all about. My ARM-ogeddon Day is tomorrow, can't wait for your next vid. God Bless.
