We see lots of actress who upload dance or random stuff. They get million million views and subscribe. On the other hand, Samantha provide us most important things in the present time which is related health. But don't get value. This is the perfect example why celebrities don't do good stuff. Hats off Samantha ❤. Take love from Bangladesh

Sunday morning with Sam , it's really a pleasure feeling. This episode is seriously very helpful to the people who are deeply addicted to their phone and the employees who can't sleep at night , face depression and problems like anxiety and many more . In addition to that the morning routine you said , from that I am going to do the tapping method initially and then gradually I shall add the rest of the methods. Seriously Sam is doing a great job and credits goes to Alkesh too . I really love this awareness campaign. Keep it up guys ❤❤❤.

I am totally in sink with you guys, 95% of the things I am doing for myself are exactly what you talked about, but all of these, I learned, are from different sources and then trusting it and having the discipline to apply it, took me many years, congrats to both of you 👏for providing all this at one platform, i wish I had someone like you at the beginning of my journey, that would have made things easier for me and lot of my productive energy would have been used in doing other things of life instead of figuring out how to get better, but life is life and I am happy that I learned the right things 😄

This was a really introspective video, I’m glad that you guys have decided to speak about this. And I’m guilty as charged in being inconsistent with some practices that I tried to incorporate. It’s reassuring to listen Sam say she goes through the same process as well cause I’d always beat myself up for not getting it right. Thanks to the both of you :)

Glad we have ONE celebrity who genuinely wants to heal us! Alkesh sir you are an empath too like Samantha Mam and your info is great!! I am glad to find such podcasts from india! I watch tons from whites about dopamine, childhood trauma, circadian rythms, inner child etc etc.. because I had the most shittiest and messed up childhood but I couldn’t relate much from white people podcast because I could never relate fully!! But these are a blessing. I can relate and feel acknowledged!! Please make more and more about such topics of general well-being!! Thank you!!

Very informative conversation. I feel the reason why people are addicted to the phone is mostly due to reasons Alkesh mentioned. To summarise it, Psychological Manipulation is designed for Engagement | FOMO | Distraction and Escape; Technology Capabilities - All-in-one Convenience | Constant Accessibility; Social and Cultural Factors - Social Acceptance | Blurred Boundaries | Instant Gratification. Happy to be able to align with most of the stuff being discussed. Would be super to hear a conversation around Discipline, Humility and Gratitude.

Dear Sam, I hope & I’m not sure if this comes to you but let me say it out since this is the only platform where I can express it to you. Where shall I start… okay admitting the truth, since the day you announced about your very own podcast about health. I was more happy to see you than the content you were giving. But as days goes, i believe that you are definitely the blessing that God sent to me, in sense, being honest and transparent, I’m less concern about my health and I don’t usually take care of it only when I fall sick. As you said in previous episodes about the hustle culture and instant gratification, i dumped my own health being selfish. Thankyou for considering my comment on two previous episode when I requested a topic based on “sleeping trouble” 🙏🏽 Right from your first episode till today about morning routine, there is always an input from you and Alkesh and that’s my take away. I don’t only listen and watch your podcast Sam, trust me I do implemented it into my daily life! Detoxification : I consume lemon & mint leaves drink for my body (twice a week with less ice intake) I’m also coffee addict like you ! but ( cappuccino lover) and slightly trying black coffee though it’s bitter - for the liver as Alkesh said and you recommended. Kaanji & sauerkraut always been my favorite since a kid and without knowing I’d been eating good food since then. and recently since you posted about “Gratitude Journal” in podcast. I didn’t note it down in an app nor book but I always say it to myself every time right after I wokeup “Today is going to be great day, good things are coming” . You’re the best Sam, it really does magic wonders, the positive affirmation gave ultimates aura around me & no matter how the day goes, I keep affirming it and it uplifts my mood. Since a kid, I love soaking in sun for the Vitamin D! I could really relate to you, the exposure of dawn sun is truly refreshing, calm and radiate energy into our soul and mind. This week, I’m at beginning stage of meditating & I remember you repost a story to mediate no matter what. For now I chants only “Om Om” before my work starts, even though the surrounding distracts me, I could concentrate and focus. Since I’m short tempered, it helps me alot to keep calm and take a minute before reacting. and also I did perform my mobility day Sam !!!!! Stretching, inhaling and exhaling air. I'm wouldn't listen to anyone except YOU! You made me who I am today, maybe I looked up on you that way, I will always say this - more as an actress, you are my one and only favouritestestest most relatable personality ♥️we share so much in common and I believe l'm meant to meet you 14 years ago🤗 There’s still more to learn from your podcast and Alkesh. The reason why I spilled out cause if you ever feel it’s not beneficial anyone, remember you are transporting magic to me and truly shaping me into better person, no matter who tries to advice me, I can only move myself ONLY when you says it, I don’t know why. You are God’s blessings for me Sam, I meant it. Soon I hope I’ll get closer into tappings and practice Wim Hof Method , Isha Kriya meditation. I love you alot my Samantha and thankyou for doing this, big love to Alkesh sir, you have answers for everything that’s awesome. Kudos to both of you 👏🏼
