I lost my body health so much in young age. But when I reverse my biological clock..3 years back.. I got in shape n better skin, feel lighter n more active..I got cancer. So it's not short period but long term period . Once gone, to reverse it again isn't that easy. U can eat 10 servings of fruits vege, grains n vitamins n etc yet u triggered your cancer cells..it's tough yeah. So eat properly from youth n don't wait to 50s to be fit . Start from young. Even though I was very active at youth n at work but my food was outside food..so pls avoid all the outside food. N eat more vege that's free from pesticides n eat food that grows from soil. U grow it if u can. ❤

1. Let's get a blood test - complete vitamin and mineral profiling Hormonal test after 7 days of 1st day of menstrual cycle - get it once a yr 2. Eat 3 fruits a day . Preferably 5 fruits + 5 veggies 3. Reduce your grains like rice, wheat etc . Eat 50% veggies+ 25% dal + 25% rice in every meal. 4. Try to buy organic food. 5. Reduce / stop cosmetic due to too much chemical in them . They r petroleum based . 6. Scented candles affect your lungs. Avoid them 7. Buy more linen and cotton material , bedsheets, clothes etc. try to buy organic. 8. During large amount of water. Min 2 lts of water. Start with warm water in the morning. 9. Exercise trackers like watches/ rings. Try to get 12 to 15000 steps a day. 10. Get cancer checks.

But most of the suggestions are actually very difficult to implement for a middle class or lower middle class women who are not financially independent and can't follow all this. It would be great if you can make a video for such housewives. That would be more realistic and helpful for large section of the society.

Thanks for sharing good health practices, it helped a lot to lead a healthy life. I have a question - I am working out in morning to maintain energy level during the day, but I end up being sleepy after 3-4 hours of workout or after breakfast/lunch and this doesn’t happens when I am not working out. Is this expected, what can I do to maintain energy level. I don’t have habit of caffeine and it adversely impact my sleep cycle. Also my diet is balanced with protein and less of carbs from rice/breads.
@vaishnavikumari77606 ай бұрын
Sharing my experience. I had faced similar problems. Initially it happens when you start a workout but we need sleep to recover from exercise. Kind of becomes a vicious cycle of sleep during the day and at night having disturbed sleep. When I tried changing one day to not sleep during the day, i was really grumpy and sleepy the whole day but kept the resolve of not sleeping during the day. And went to bed at around 7 p.m only. ( Had dinner atleast three hours before) Had a good sleep of 9 hours and woke up early at 4-5 a.m. Also I did this 2 days prior to my the period . PMS was already making me tired and this gave me much needed rest. I continued for 4 days. Post that my sleep requirements are reduced to 6 and 6.5 hours and it remains continuous. Also gradually you can shift this to 9-4, 10- 5 as per your routine. First hour sunrise (15-20 min), Protein based food in the morning / fruits and dry fruits which are not very sweet help too. Not aware of routine constraints you might have but it worked for me.

Thanks @vaishnavikumari7760 So it’s a body’s resistance to change, I will try to follow similar practice of avoiding sleep in afternoon.

While I fully support the idea of using fruits and vegetables as alternatives to cosmetic products, I am concerned about the presence of pesticides and potential adulteration in organic items. Even though they are natural, these products can still harbor harmful substances, which undermines their benefits. 😢
