yeah i never loot every floor or bother with stealth to find out more information like he does. I just go in guns blazing, neutralize target or upload virus then optical camo outta there. You missed one more tie-in for the gig: Guinea Pigs. It's a cyberpsycho sighting in the City Center where the guy is one of the last surviving members of the Red Ochre clan whose Csyberpsychosis is induced by project Nightengale and Ms. Koch. it's a really depressing one, especially since killing him seems the merciful option for this one, but who wants to fail the cyberpsycho no-killing quest bonus.

I remember the first time I played the Guinea Pigs gig with my maxed out character. I went through the front door blasting, gunning down and slicing every single soldier, carving my way to Koch before puting a bullet to her brain then exiting the hotel like a badass. It really felt like the culmination of V's power as the best solo in NC. Since then, I've done this gig stealthily, and I can't say wich method I like best: to see the fear in her eyes when you come storming the place like a brutal incarnation of vengeance or the surprise when she realise she's now the one with a contract on her head... Great gig anyway, one of my favorite in the game in both lore and gameplay prespective.

Name of the gig in combination of it being a contract on corpo's head kinda says a lot in and of itself. But the details, the juicy details. Sometimes I think that it's better for V to not know the larger implications of their work as long as eddies are right. If anything, at least they would sleep better.

Your explanation for the outcome of Koch's experiments is actually good considering the very vague description. "Electromagnetic stimulation" can mean anything from radio frequencies through visible light (lasers?) to UV, x-rays or gamma rays, or some combination. I'd say the latter options have a higher probability to induce neoplasia mentioned later in association with neuralgic (nerve pain) symptoms

Biotechnica might have planned to do something similar with the Aldecaldos. There was mention that Saul was going to make a deal with them before V and Panam convinced him otherwise. Not sure of doing these gigs first add an extra dialogue option tho.

There is actually a scanner hustle in Heywood I believe where one of the drivers has been intercepted and killed whilst transporting someone. On the shard the driver is complaining, something like "what the hell do these mercs think happens when they dump people on us" it implies that it's a super dangerous job transporting them and I think maybe the drivers just take them out quietly somewhere. I'll try weave it in as an interesting point in a future video

I remember doing inconvenient killer back before all the nerf updates and did this mission a few times by shooting Mausser through almost the entire building from the sub basement with panams overwatch sniper, never has to enter before they took the ability of shooting through walls away from that gun :( and you can dance on the dance floor in this mission

one potential suggestion would be that i believe from the gameplay you have motion blur on, while everyone has their own preferences on that kind of thing maybe turning it off atleast for videos could make the gameplay clearer since KZbin compression doesn't play well with a blur effect, but I'm no expert and just something i thought to mention

City Center overall has to be the best of the gigs. Espionage in a Corpo haven just makes sense. And it dumps a lot of lore into other gigs as it should. Anyone know if you read the Gottfrid email if it effects dialogue in the Northside gig?

There are people who edit their own videos, mispronounce a name, and then use a clip of it being pronounced correctly right next to it, and proceed to keep mispronouncing things through all their videos for months. Koch has got to be one of the most evil people, along with Jotaro, in the game. The sheer misery these two, and their subordinates, inflict out does any others and they have no regrets or empathy for their many, many victims. That last revelation stunned me. I have always released the Biotechnica man from the car - to me getting a Scav killed by Tyger Claws is always good (especially one who kills John Wick's puppy). Because I have always done this one before I even heard a wiff about Koch I had no way of getting that extra line of information. Well I am going the other way from now on. What a piece of shit, Thank you. 1300 hours of play and still learning new things. Amazing game.

By the time I did gigs 8n this area, my V was around lvl 30 ish. If the fixer doesnt suggest stealth, I just walked in there, gorilla armed everyone with a yellow icon above their head and bee lined to the objective. I mean, I'm probably dropping scum bags anyway.

"An inconvenient killer" has a beautiful way to be done as a netrunner. You can hack a camera outside the club, switch to one overseeing target's room, and use an ultimate quickhack to deal with him, getting the gig done without even being close.

Preem content and thanks for putting all this in a clear and concise video! I swear myself and the fine folks at LowSodiumCyberpunk have been blowing our minds away as we connected these dots and shared info since launch while also wanting to scream at all the negative no fun allowed gonks out there saying the Gigs and Scanner jobs are mere fluff consisting of nothing but shooting some people and leaving, the quests "aren't as good as The Witcher 3" or "I'm not reading those shards and emails." If someone is afraid of reading in a game, I wonder why they're playing an RPG in the first place. This game is CRAMMED with lore and world building that fleshes everything out to make the world not only feel larger but constantly reinforce the idea of things moving in the background that are way above V's station in the world. But you have to pay attention! It's easy to forget names in a big game but it's all there for the player to discover.

It works out perfectly being 3 choices. Because in my opinion, there are 3 main overall build options. A body focuse heavy tank brawler type that i used in a street kid playthrough, a reflex/cool focused stealthy assassin I used for nomad, and an intelligence/tech focused net runner build for corpo.

I do love non-lethal approaches to big bads, i think it makes more sense and serves as true justice to deliver those scum, the likes of Jotaro Shobo and those corpos for example, to those who seek their death, making them suffer for the suffering they have inflicted upon others rather than a quick death...which would be an easy way out. Though in my playthroughs i usually do things in a mixed fashion, something i kill, sometimes not and something i make deals and let em live, though usually when playing a corpo myself. The only thing that stays constant - i bang every romance, every joytoy i can.. Filthy pleasures, what can i say. Judy and Panam are hot, but my character has his/her needs a single person cannot satisfy :P

Empathy: you can also enter it through the dressing room keeping your weapons. IMO the easiest stealth route. go main door, turn right at the receptionist and right through the dressing room. up the stairs, incapacitate a guy in front of a vending machine upstairs and from there straight to the main objective, no sweat

There is additional one NCPD callout related to Dr Koch. Don't have game running now but if you go to Muamar "El Capitán" Reyes and then pass him by. There will be couple of guards from Dr Koch mission to silence her associate.

Gotta say the only other game I've been invested in lore wise is Skyrim and just The Elder Scrolls in general. CDPR truly crafted a masterpiece of a game, and because of their great work, I've been heavily invested in all that came before. Maximum Mike is a literary genius and amazing at world building. The easiest way to deal with "An inconvinient killer" gig is just enter tha club, use suicide or cyberpsychosis deamon and leave before it loads. No combat, no detection. Clean and easy job. Alternatively you can just mark him with ping. Go outside and shoot him with Achilles or Widow Maker through walls. Both works but deamon route is better.

The first mission is totally doable stealthily without using any hacks, just be quick about going away from the line of sight of the guards on your way to the control room. You could also help yourself with stealth camo cyberware as it was in my case.

Unless a gig specifies no killing for me, I'll usually just take over the cameras and use Synapse Burnout, yes it is a traceable quickhack, but every time I use it, it also one shots my enemies so the trace immediately fails, and if I have a skull enemy, I'll usually just memory wipe, then aynapse burnout to not only increase my damage against them but also negates the trace entirely that way :3

Don't feel bad. I did read everything I found and even then it was really hard to join some of the points. The first time everything is new so there's a lot of names being dropped and you won't get anything. The only ones I managed to just notice that were repeating names was Jotaro and Koch (which are 2 of the most recurrent names). This is why these videos are awesome and super useful, even for people that read everything themselves.

Actually, there's another way in for the Lack of Empathy, come in the front door, turn right, go through where the dancers, kitchen, and what not are up the stairs (can kill or avoid the guard in the hallway. He doesn't move) and get into server room and stealth kill the guy in there.

My head cannon has been that the evidence of wild orgies on the part of the councilwoman would ultimately have no impact on her ability to continue to stick it to the corpos. I mean, as long as it's all consensual and everyone's of legal age, then I can't see anyone in Night City giving a care about it. If it got out, it might even make her more popular with some people.

It may be mentioned below, but I couldn't see it on the top comments, the Mauser gig I'm pretty sure you can also negotiate to get in by telling the bouncer you are there to fix the speakers. I can't remember what triggered that option though (and there is a slight possibility I've remembered the wrong gig or details).

I can't access these quests because nothing seems to trigger em. I'm level 50 in both xp and steet cred, driven through city center many many times, I've visited Dino. Nothing. I've even went to the unknown gig location, eliminated many of the gang member, nothing.
