@ Since Saturn is in Aquarius in 12th house, it is very strong and good. It is giving early heads up for health. Before it enters 1st house, we should work on them. For example, this year I found that due to bad food and sleep habits, my bp was constantly high and I was prediabetic. I started diet and exercise, and now I know that I should not ignore health.
