Yes, Weapon Training definitely helps with LMG recoil as well as Action Hero (if you crouch and hipfire with both perks it stays on target like a laser) but on Assault you can skip action hero since he has it already. Also if another fireteam plays Support you don't need OWLF Trained as much so Weapon training is the better choice considering your primary and secondary will both benefit from it a lot. thanks, I really like using action hero on assault specifically because of his passive since they stack and gets much easier to hipfire
