I had perfect skin until about 25. I am now 27 dealing with mild acne, nothing terrrible but bad for what i am used to. And because it came out of nowhere i tried every skincare product you could ever think of.. tried it all. I decided to look into healing my gut cause it’s mostly on my cheeks and 2 weeks later my skin is just responding so well. Just from drinking gutright and taking supplements?! It feels so freeing knowing my body was just trying to tell me something. It was also accompanied with bloating and i’ve always suffered ibs. My stomach would react to everything and now i know what’s going on. I’m excited to start healing my body and giving it what it needs. So as like you, i’m also super passionate about health and what goes in your body. I’m so glad you figured it out. ❤

Thank you for this video. I have really been struggling with acne for multiple years now after multiple rounds of accutane. I have been to multiple doctors who never really want to get to the root of the issue and only prescribe medications because it’s easy. I have never ONCE heard of Aviclear.. which is insane to me with all that I have done. I appreciate your honesty and will be checking it out regardless of the money! My self worth and confidence is worth any amount of money.

Thank you for sharing this! At 28, after never struggling with my skin, I suddenly started getting horrible cystic acne along my jawline. My doctor barely asked me any questions or suggested testing.... just asked if i was stressed lol. It's now been 6 months of benzol peroxide and antibiotics and haven't seen any change. It's so disheartening to feel embarassed leaving my house or going to work every day

when all else fails - bring it back to basics. Your body wants to be in homeostasis. With that said, with the skin care we use it can strip our skin barrier and kick it off balance… so what to do in this case is to rebuild your skin barrier to allow it to become stronger and healthier… I dealt with debilitating acne from my face down to my neck and I started oil cleansing. YES oil cleansing. I know at first you may question oil with oil? but the answer is that oils love oil. I personally use Living Libations - Frankincense best skin ever. Your diet also plays a huge role, being active, sweating, and supporting your hormones. Meals before coffee! and a good nights rest! trust me oil cleanse will change your skins life.

This is hormonal Acne linked to high androgens and pcos. You need the pill like jasmine or jaz, spiranolactone 100 mg, a clean diet like the blood type diet, inositol (d chiro and myo), curcumin, licorice tea and spearmint... Don't let your skin get this bad and it will come back after accutane best to low-dosage accutane 5mg a day for years if you want this Please understand many women have hair growth (hirsutism) where you are getting the acne from High male hormones.

Skin is an organ of excretion. You mustn't block it. If you have acne there is something in the body to excrete. So the best way to help your body is raw food diet (6 months at least, and never eat meat, sea food, chicken, dairy), long fresh juices detox and fast! Also workout. Be healthy everyone!

This video is riddled with so much health misinformation and appeal to nature fallacies. Not a single legitimate endocrinologist relies on the dutch test and any practitioner recommending various supplements for “hormone balancing” is a red flag. Same with these at home allergy tests. I have a cousin who offers these hormone balancing services and she doesn’t hold a single degree or year in residency lol I really hope women watching speak with their physician and dermatologist before throwing money away on all this stuff. Dr Danielle Belardo is constantly interviewing experts on her pod to debunk a lot of this misinformation in each of their respective fields. Really worth a listen for anyone considering trying these various alternative routes. Listen to your body, yes, but also listen to professionals who can explain science to you. Ask questions and seek information that contradicts what you’ve heard from wellness gurus.
