First of all the black guy got stabbed to death for it as soon as he got released from protective custody that he was HIDEING in from the hit contract. Gotti looked FINE smileing with his hair combed perfectly back and a little cut on his forehead in the picture The incident is exaggerated and the point is the guy didn't get away with putting his hands on a Made guy and shot caller/boss of a Mafia car in prison. He got stabbed to death over it. Sammy is the one with racist tattoos. Gotti fought like a man and was following prison/gang politics.
