Video is ok but the prices are high now in bangalore not 250-300. I have analzed all these information for a month with Labor contractors and Materials. For 250-300 it will cover only Slab to Slab. Sump, Compond wall, Parapet wall, Elevation Earth work, Ramp, all are extra. And when you calculate totally it will come around 400. This is my on field experience.

Sir we r building house in 30*40 our built up area ground floor 700 sq, ft and first floor inner staircase with only 2rooms with attached bathrooms built up area 511 sq ft. Total built up is 1211 sqft. Please anyone tell me how to calculate sqft for compound for all 4 sides with foundation 2ft inside and 4ft compound height. Please help how to calculate compound measurement. Should we take half chadara and half rate or else only rate is half. Please reply
