Sam long time no see, I have an 11 year old who trains BJJ ( he is mad about it) I've always thought some training from Sampson Sampson would help him with his development? I'm away from home during the lockdown so have sent him the link to this. I'm sure it will help, I may even give it a go myself but not sure I'm up to it anymore? It's been a long time and I'll probably break!! Stay safe!!

Thanks John, great to hear from you! Yes, tell your son not to neglect judo by any means. I have many students who cross train judo & BJJ and tell me how their judo helps them considering how many BJJ schools train little standup. I hope you're staying safe!
