I think Sam is again missing the biggest points : ( 1) The Plus and Stealth both have 2100 watts of power. The V2 had 2000 watts. You'd therefore expect the Plus to have slighter better acceleration than the V2... unless of course that power is locked away via firmware and only accessible on the Stealth. 2) The wheels on the Plus and Stealth are 85 mm. The V2 wheels were 80 mm. V2 (dual +) 80 mm wheel | C= Pi * D = 9.894791638 inch circumference 22 MPH = 387.2 inches per second / 9.89 inches per rotation = 39.13 rotations per second Lets say we put 85 mm wheels on the V2. Then at 39.13 rotations per second that equals 23.37 mph (but it'll be slower acceleration) So the big question now is the Plus vs the V2 in acceleration 3) Range of Plus vs V2. I assume the Plus and Stealth use the same 267 watt hour (199 usable) lithium battery of the V2. Its going to be interesting to see if at the same speed, is it more efficient to have 2000 watts at slighter higher RPM (80 mm wheels) or 2100 watts at slightly lower RPM (85 mm wheels) 4) Drive gears (Drive Pulley). I THINK the design of the Stealth, Plus and V2 are all the same? If so, the Plus and V2 are injected molded nylon. The Stealth likely uses CNC'd aluminum like the V1. I can't think of any benefits for the aluminum? I suspect there is no tangible difference between the Plus and the Stealth other than color scheme and firmware and so this was Boosted's attempt at adding something, anything, as a differentiator for marketing purposes.

The Boosted stealth is not a finished product and I’m starting a campaign to get a recall bc what’s going on is completely unacceptable. The motors bend on this board and I have about 5 friends all with the same issues. Yea boosted sends u new motors but that’s a temporary fix bc after 100 miles again u can expect the motors to bend causing a clicking noise that is ridiculous.

OPILOT is not wrong. I had my stealth and after around 100 miles, the gears started to click and then sound like a lawnmower down the road which really sucks

You should try out one of the newer hub motor boards like the Wowgo 2S. Huge improvements compared to the older boards and really compelling competition for the more expensive boards like Boosted and Evolve. I have one with a Sanyo battery that gets around 20 miles and has a top speed of 24mph. Swapped my old Loaded Dervish deck onto it and now its more comfortable than my old Boosted V2. The new ESC/remotes on these boards are super smooth and the acceleration/braking is fantastic. For people that want range and something cheaper, its a great option and with some small upgrades competes with the big dogs.

Marcvll if you hit 24 on a v2 then it’s because of terrain/ inaccurate gps (they can be off by a couple MPH) or something with your gearing. It doesn’t matter if your 50lb or 140lb (ofc If your really on the heavy side you’ll be limited) the motors cap out at 22 on the V2s on stock wheels *on flat terrain, obviously you could go much faster going downhill

Regardless of a lot of things, if you do this test with an evolve gtr the stealth will fell like and old FIAT 500 in terms of power and torque.This one has other things going though.

That’s cool and all but I bought a $600 board that goes 23 mph and has 17 mile range Just an FYI boosted goes for around $1500 and goes 22mph and had 6-8 miles

New Boosted Board is still behind the competition. But they have great customer service and app. I would save more money for custom made Kaly NYC board or Evolve GTX. Not that expensive compared to Boosted and is way better.
