Just bought this exact refrigerator myself. Had to get accustomed to the door shelf being designed for gallon milk jugs because a gallon milk jug will not fit on any interior shelf. Middle shelf ideal for bottled water and canned drinks.

@Ms overcomer Mine came from Lowe's and the retail price was $3,099 but they had a 40% off sale, plus you get another 5% if you use the store credit card at the register. Got mine for around $1950.

Hi Dom, thanks for the video. How has it been so far? Are there any issues with the ice maker jamming up and and frosting up? We have the same older 3 year old model and love it except the ice maker problems. They fixed it 2 times and still stops making ice because it's all jammed up. Samsung is actually replacing it with a new refrigerator like yours saying they fixed the issue. Great company to do that but I hope they are telling the truth.

So Samsung has improved over the years . I bought a used one a year ago and had trouble cooling the fridge until I decided to defrost it. The fridge is cooling since I defrost but the freezer is not freezing 🥶 although it does cool keeping water bottles cold. I was about to give it away a d purchase a new one. I see the are being sold at a lower price

How does the water and ice cube work like how do u make it work

Jorvano Ambrocio you have to connect the hose line in the back of the fridge to your water line, they have all in one kits at ur local hardware store. After you have done that , open your fridge and make sure you have a filter install , there was one that came with mine. Plug the fridge in and make sure the water light is lit. Press and it should work. Hope that helps.

I have the Samsung French door refrigerator model RF28HMEDBSR is junk I replace the icemaker last April $395.00and it started to acting up in December and now it does work at all. I call Samsung and they only have a 60 MO warranty on their icemaker. They want to replace with some new icemaker for $700 with 6 MO I don’t think so. Don’t walk but run away from Samsung and don’t look back.

@@rhoodj Those brands make very good appliances but they cant compete on the tech Samsung puts in its products. I don't purchase Samsung to have the best cooling features or how cold the freezer gets lol I'm all about the tech lol they have a fridge with tablet in the front lol that's just too cool . I test a lot of products and understand you will have products that are just not good and also has bad customer service to go along with it lol, but any problems I have had was fixed with no problem from Samsung.

I just ordered this refrigerator and I’ve heard there’s an issue with the freezer, so I am looking for real reviews...glad to found this video. I’d say it is you who has too much time on your hands and with that time you could learn proper grammar.
