this is helpful. my new note 4 is starting to have SO MANY PROBLEMS. i honestly hate this phone. people can't hear me..the gps sucks, something's wrong because whenever im on a call it double dials and there's 2 lines (can't explain it)... i never had this problem with any other phone.

What is the difference between the two methods showing at this video the soft and the hard reset, I mean the impact on the phone, because I have a problem with my note 4, I followed the first method, all my datas was deleted but not solve the problem of my phone. In fact since I did an update it doesn't stop to reset itsel, and often doesn't accept my PIN code, so I have to restart it. What do you suggest to me plz? Thanks in advance

is there a difference between a "soft" reset and a "hard" reset? or is it both the same reset..?
