This looked like a breakdance battle and Samsung said hold my beer... 😂

Imagine if Samsung made this robot with smart navigation, app integration, and a docking station. iRobot would have some very serious competition.
@thomaslau87512 жыл бұрын
The price would be 3 times more.

Hi there! Since I own a Braava. They are dependent on that you always start them in the bottom left corner of the area you want to clean. And 30cm (12inches) from the walls in that corner. It also can max clean 25m2 (161sq feet) Thats how its cleaning algorithm works.
@boz1200m3d3 жыл бұрын
Yeah, he did not show him actually starting the Braava jet robot. My guess is that it was started then paused, picked up and moved, then restarted.

for jetbot, To protect the lithium battery, do i plug jetbot on wall all the time when not using? or should i charge jetbot only a few hours before each use? how often should i get new pads? how long do these pads last

So after two years, is Samsung still operational (in a very good condition)?

It’s not just me! I’ve had the same bizarre problem with the Braava Jet 240 after just a few months of trouble free use. It stays in one spot, pad vibrating, moves a couple of centimetres, spins around then gives up. Their support tram said it probably was a battery issue. I replaced the battery - no difference. Ditto cleaning the sensors, soft and hard resets. I’ve read other accounts of this too and it seems clear there’s some problem with some units. Maybe that day an iRobot employee spilt some water on a batch of microchips and didn’t tell his supervisor…

haha oh wow. I onder when it releases widely. Since I can't find in in europe. I kinda wanted to get Roborock s7 because of it's improved mop but idk... Maybe it would be wiser to get this Samsung mop and Irobot i7 for vacuum separately

I wonder if you could spray spots with a non corrosive/acidic sanitizing cleaner? The Bissell spinwave cleaner may be a good option. Similar set up and safe for it. I'd spray the floor and use the scrubby pads then put on microfiber ones and plain water to get squeaky clean.
@AdamsReviews2 жыл бұрын
Yes if you spray a few minutes before you clean it will come right up.
@Alants83 жыл бұрын
Does Samsungs leaves any streaks or marks on the floor? I had to return my Braava Jet M6 cause the floor looked terrible after cleaning with all the wheels marks.
@AdamsReviews3 жыл бұрын
No I didn’t notice any
@WokOverEasy3 жыл бұрын
Probably clean your wheels? They might have oily residue.

I like your videos , We can find in your videos what we exactly need. I have Hobot Legee 688, I am very satsfied with Hobot and it has great mopping result on tile floors. it has two oscilating mops and good navigation system but unfortunatelly it does not create MAP of my house and not possible to setup more cycle during one cleaning. 2 features I am missing on this Hobot - Map and more cycles. It still great equipment. Could you compare Samsung JetBot vs Hobot legee 688 ? Thank you

In the manual it says to start the roomba 30cm away from the wall. It wasn't "malfunctioning", it was user error.
@AdamsReviews2 жыл бұрын
Has nothing to do with that...trust me.

I don't feel like my jet bot wets the pads enough to mop up correctly. Is there something I'm doing wrong?
@AdamsReviews3 жыл бұрын
It helps to have them saturated before you start a job.

I was able to pick up a braava 380t for $220 (the braava 380t and Samsung seem to be around the same price) and I’m very impressed. Do you think the Samsung would beat a braava 380t in its ability to clean?
@AdamsReviews3 жыл бұрын
Lincoln F honestly I think this thing will beat anything on the market right now. Next step would be to make it smart and have it make maps and a dock. That would change everything
@davidknight80446 ай бұрын
The Samsung does look very efficient but twice the money!!
@AdamsReviews6 ай бұрын
The samsung is about half the money of the irobot.
@moneymaker215962 жыл бұрын
Why did you pick up the wood i wanted to see the difference once it dried lol
@GMoney-B3 жыл бұрын
If they had a tank on the top of the Samsung that would drip down, I would probably buy it, because it seems inefficient in time to take off the brushes and fill them up and put them back on, verses the brava 240
@molyoxide1643 жыл бұрын
Idk why the braava jet was doing that... mine has never done anything like that tbh

This robot mop cleaner is useful when I’m too lazy to “manually” mop the floor.
@vanadielwindurst85913 жыл бұрын
Neither cleaned a single inch of that floor space. What happened is the Samsung's pads became contaminated with the pudding, though some of the pudding became trapped in the cleaning pads, the machines inherently just spread the crap around.
@brandysuchi-limatuj37002 жыл бұрын
Not necessarily. It dilutes it to a minuscule percentage spread out across how ever many square feet.
@vladpotekhin8433 жыл бұрын
so Samsung basically got a generic window cleaning robot, removed the suction fan and called it a mopping robot

So, braava jet 240 needs to be fully charged before each use, the pads don't need to be wetted, and it is quite a bit cheaper than Samsung mopping robot. I know you're not faulting it, but I live the little guy.
@jjayguy232 жыл бұрын
I love mine too. Looks like he got a lemon.
@kinglord54293 жыл бұрын
Compair samsung against 380T and remember irobot has a mopping robot other than braava line think called scuba or might be pool one. Samsung is to big why I'm sticking with my model which was before 380t just takes 12 hours to charge but only paid $129 reconditioned
