If you increase the fov in the game, then sit as close as you comfortably can, you'll get the immersive wide field of view in every direction.

Cockpit mode = great pinball and old skool vertical shooters. Perfect.

Looked interesting at first... But the low 4K screen resolution is really a dealbreaker and feels outdated - if we also take the monitor size into consideration. At least just a waste of space with low resolution, when it comes to multitasking / many open windows. ... Unless you want to sit 2 meters away for whatever reason. Otherwise, a 27 - 32 inch would be totally sufficient from a normal distance. Just my opinion, but other than edge cases, these monitors are only worth their money, if you can replace 2 or 4 4K resolution displays in your setup with one device. I think the e.g. ultra-wide NEO with 2 x 4K resolution makes more sense in that case, so you can replace 2 4K displays with something more homogenous that has no frame boarders. I think the rotation is an out-of-the-box feature, but also not really. Most people use monitor arms anyway, which are usually also capable rotating.

Good to see you back ! Your content is amazing ** Edit ** Also wanted to add that I agree with your conclusion. In 2019, I bought a 55" LG C9 and still using it as a daily driver. I see absolutely no reason to upgrade or change it. My first tech purchases with 5+ years and changing it is just not worth it.

I currently have 1 x LG 43UN700-B and 2 x LG 32BN88U-B in portrait mode next to one another. The 32" in portrait mode help me see large code blocks & loops. I've been thinking about getting another 43" 4K but on a flat panel, it's difficult to see all corners. This aggressive curve could solve that problem. Is it awkward to see Word and Excel files wrap around a screen? I've never seen a curved display and it just seems so odd.

It wasn’t awkward to see word and excel. Then viewing angles were fine. What was hard was excel was in the far top or bottom coroner then I had to move my entire neck

Who is this for?: Sim Racing! 3 of them as triples in a sim rig gives you 180 degrees view.

Definitely 3 would make a big difference .. it just wasn’t for me

Ergonomics are not good for you?! It's a 55" TV that you're sitting a few feet from. Of course it stresses your neck. That's not the product, that's a you thing. You obviously didn't think about that before purchasing. Second, having sound from multiple sound sources would be ridiculous for Samsung to do. They would all interfere with one another when playing multiple media sources. This is something most people would not have an issue with and feel that again, it's more of a you thing. It's not a negative for the product. The other thing is that you're throwing out Samsung ultrawide monitors as maybe a better choice. Those are not really comparative to what you're reviewing. Ultrawide sucks badly for productivity and excels at gaming. Is that subjective and an opinion? Sure, however I believe most customers would agree with that assessment. I feel you need to review the product, not so much on your own personal choices or faults. But rather on the faults of the product itself. I'm honestly not trying to be an ass but trying to provide some feedback to help future reviews. I would also try to smile and sound a bit more upbeat. You go through the review as though someone is holding a gun to your head.
