Hi Ashleigh, You can unplug it and then open the oven door and remove the screws that are at the top of the oven that hold on the bottom of the controller and then lift up on the bottom so that you can remove the controller?

Thanks! We’re doing that now but the controller won’t budge by pulling up. The lines to the burners are hard lines (rigid) and there’s no give to pull up. Have you had a chance to install yours yet? I appreciate your help.
