I've done so many things with my air fryer. I love to do bone-in seasoned thighs. 370 for 32 minutes with a flip halfway through. It is great for getting fries and pizza back from the dead, I use it for bacon all of the time. It's awesome I don't need to keep an eye on it. Hard boiled eggs work perfect. I've made apple pies with filling and pie crust. I did a rotisserie chicken one time too. Make sure you get a smaller one or the top will burn. Preheating is key. Cupcakes are easy, and I've done dinner rolls too.

I have the Cosori air fryer/oven combination and I LOVE it!!! I like to make tortilla pizzas in it by toasting the tortilla, then putting cheese sauce, cheese and pepperoni. I then throw it back into the air fryer set on broil to finish melting the cheese and curling the pepperoni. Make a really nice thin and crispy 10 inch pizza. Made 2 the other night an had leftovers. By morning they were soggy so I my little metal cookie sheet into the air fryer and preheated the pan. Put the pizza on the hot pan and set it to toast for 4 mins. Was very pleased that the crust crisped back up and it was delicious.

I have the best suggestion for amplifying this recipe! At a restaurant I worked at years ago and it’s closed now. So you use slightly bigger shrimp and you will need some smoked Gouda! Just put a little log of Gouda down the middle of the peeled and deveined shrimp, wrap the shrimp and cheese with the bacon. Then put bbq sauce on the outside and you should be able to do it in an air fryer!! They are freaking incredible!! 😋

I thought air fryers were a gimmick until I bought one. I use it for everything, from cornbread to eggs and clean up is a breeze. I heat up the air fryer before I put the steak on - I just love to sizzle! PS Kingsford Spicy Cajun seasoning is awesome for steaks. PSS Also, I highly recommend getting an AeroGarden. You can grow nine different plants at a time. It’s perfect for herbs. It’s a hydroponic system it’s on my kitchen counter. I snip off fresh herbs when I need them and it pays for itself. Not to mention how clean everything is. Oh and I also grow lettuce and cherry tomatoes. My AeroGarden & the air fryer are two amazing additions that I didn’t know I needed!

1. Always season food on both sides. ie. Pepper bacon. 2. You have to flip the grilled cheese half way through cooking or the other side will not be as crispy as the first side cooked. Check out when he cuts into the sandwich. You can see one side is more brown than the other. 3. You need to blind bake the pizza dough on both sides. Same reason as the grilled cheese. 4. ALWAYS preheat the air fryer to maximum heat before placing steak in. Same reason as why you preheat a cast iron skillet before searing. Essentially, you should be searing in the air fryer.

If the airfryer starts smoking, add some water in the drip tray! I always put bake paper underneath cheese as I don’t want to waste cheese and I want to keep the airfryer clean. I also put sausages or chops on bake paper and just fold up the edge of the paper to collect the fat. Makes cleanup easy and also means that once the fat has gone cold, you can pick the paper up and put it in the bin or tip the juices into a pot to make gravy. Be careful that you don’t let the paper touch the top element as it will catch fire. Never put the paper in unless it was been weighted down with food or it will be sucked onto the top element.

Can't wait to cook your Mother's Day blueberry monkee bread in the Bundt pan that I bought last week. My daughter's contemplating an intervention, I spend all of my free time, watching your videos. You crack me up on your first tastes!

So, the intervention occurred on my thanksgiving Jersey dinner with all of my offspring. Apparently, brain-dead Florida folk who borrow air-fryers with no thought to return them, was typifying the bad company choices that I've been making. So, in total deference to my adult children, I left Florida, and moved back to New Jersey, in the dead of winter. My only asks were for an air fryer, and astand mixer with a grinder attachment (Kitchen Aide no doubt rocks, but Home Depot sells one with a grinder and a blender for less than K-A's attachment). In addition to loving Bacon, my next air-fryer preference is pre-cooked Breast strips. Today, I was determined to try Sweet Italian sausage I tried 375 degrees for four minutes, but had to put itback and repeat to get to a digestible finish. Thank you so much. I wnt to boot camp in San Diego. Gorgeous City. Maybe after a Jersey Winter, I'll need a little South Western relief?

Wow! I just tested the bacon this morning. Fantastic result! And the pepper is a lovely addition. Never thought of that before

When I watch your video though it will always be today. Also fall is coming quick, and I'd love another chili recipe if your looking for suggestions. And a bread of some sort to pair with it if you're feeling super generous. Thanks for the content Sam and Max.

Did some short ribs in the air fryer once. Seasoned with SPG & Cooked to well done to render the fat as much as possible. Came out amazing. Not fork tender, but the meat eats and taste like ribeye steak. Recommend trying

Great ideas for the fryer. The pizza dough needs to be way thinner, though. Get that rolling pin out. The avocado oil the outer crust a bit for a crispy edge.

Can you do recipes for the air fryer with shelves. Everyone does them for the basket style. Thanks Denise

Seriously. What the mother of f*cks? I just made the best damn grilled cheese (cheese toasty) of my life in the air fryer. I may never go back. The universe has been altered forever.
