Hey Sam, if you preheat your air fryer, add the base with some cheese on to melt and then add your pepperoni, it will help it stick and not fly around in the air fryer.

I turn the airfryer off and put things back in with cheese so they melt using the convection. Within 10 seconds it's melted enough to turn back on

@@LennyMill Turning the air fryer off turns the "convection" off as well. The fan is what makes an air fryer(or any oven) a "convection" oven. Perhaps you meant that you use the radiant heat left over from pre-heating the air fryer and turning it off?

Hey Sam, great channel. Worcestershire is pronounced Wustersher. Most Brits pronounce shire on the end of a word as "sher". Wuster sauce is just a local abbreviation.

As a fellow Brit I agree. Can’t think of any (of the many) counties ending in -shire that aren’t pronounced -sher. So we pronounce Derbyshire as “Darbysher”, Yorkshire as “Yorksher” and Worcestershire as “Wustersher”. That’s just how we do it! 😃

I rarely pronounce the "shire" in Worcestershire sauce, but then I'm from a part of the country where we regularly drop syllables (yes'di, sat'di). My mouth feels like it's going to fall over if I say the full "Worcestershire Sauce", and in the time it takes for me to ask for it I could have just got it myself. Wooster. Doesn't really matter either way.

I have read in a few different articles that you should not use aerosol oil sprays in air fryers because they can damage the non stick coating on the fryer basket and also they can release harmful chemicals when heated. Personally, I use a manual pump sprayer loaded with olive oil

Hey Sam, we made the pizza bread thingy tonight, BUT we used bacon and hickory ham and white cheddar cheese, added parsley and some paprika too. It was amazing! And we used garlic butter instead of garlic paste (in South Africa we dont get the nice stuff hey) love your videos and we try them out. Would LOVE to see you prepare some loadshedding braai (barbecue) recipes and not just meat hehe. In SA we have electricity problems..😢

In Massachusetts is the city of Worcester. It's pronounced "Wooster", the "oo"'s are like "book". Then "shire" is pronounced "sheer". So, we say "Woostersheer."

Same in England, Chester boy doesn't know what he's talking about. In England it's said like "Wooster" and "sher" rather than "sheer" but there are some regional variations depending on county. The entire end half of the word isn't 'silent' ffs, like the "setts" in Massachusetts is silent too, right? Anyway, say it how you want, you're not English and I understand what you're talking about.
