Because I have some physical distance andam not as emotionally disregulated all the time, I can see his machinations as they happen or shortly afterwards. Like falling in slow motion. Mine did kinda the same, but in a way that she didn't like to lie ever, the worse thing someone can do to her was cheating, and hiding her pieces she did all above to me, she manipulated it me for 4 years everything was a farse.

”Happened” to run into two psychopaths last spring. One female and one male. Once I trusted the first female psychopath, it became easier to fall for the male psychopath. To have me surrender completely they penetrated my inner core of personality and made me depend on them for answers. Lucky thou once they had me they got bored and 2 months later they left me.

The most terrifying part is coming forth and trying to explain the abuse experience by a malignant narcissist like he mentioned these people make it an upmost importance to keep a impeccable reputation so nobody believes you because of this. People think your fibbing but they know who to pick to abuse like they wouldn't try doing the abuse to someone with the same credentials and credibility and wealth wise. It'll be a battle of picking sides but if you don't have none of above your just irrelevant and a attention seeking when you have been low profile all your life. You want to win over the malignant narcissist It will all come down to clanish behavior people and many need to be on your side. Don't get isolated or isolate yourself.

I understand the power of prayer and God but God can only do so much if your being abused it's time you put your foot down and take charge of your situation if you don't control your environment the environment will control you. And perception to a narcissist is really all they care about so for them to assassinate their own character with there evil, selfish deeds is God's divine justice. It would be interesting to hear Sam give examples of public-facing Narcissists along with an analysis of their behaviour. I see it (or think I see it) in almost all politicians who are at the highest levels of all governments around the world. Their sense of grandiosity is so large, they gaslight entire nations (or large swaths among the populaces). Many try to extend the reach of their narcissisistic supply beyond their borders. One example I am thinking of is the Prime Minister of Canada who used to dress up in various outlandish costumes and put on blackface and prance about, thinking it was cool. He did this for quite some time before it started to become publicly scorned. I look at this man and sometimes wonder what is going on within the confines of his skull. Even when scorned, he walks in public like there is nothing wrong. Does ever he ever self-reflect or have moments of self-doubt? His public face is impenatrable. Or is he a psychopath? I would be interested to hear views on this, especially from Prof Sam.

You don't reconstruct, you deconstruct, meaning you find out, what is real and what are constructs, once you come in touch again with the real, you grow organically, so to speak, you don't need any more constructs It's helpful to engage in a deconstruction coaching

Hello Professor. I have questions and these really amazed me. Why do narcissists behave the same way like they came from the same school? They are growing in numbers almost anywhere. How come that they possessed almost the same qualities and traits? They may have little variance but they have same core values that are really disgusting. They are superficial but they are so smart and too great in hiding their true evil self. They are so manipulative and ego centric. Most of you in your profession conclude that they are problematic and chaotic in general but as an expert in your field, can narcissists have a redemption for themselves? I've encountered 3 narcissists that I've became too close in the past and it was so hard. I noticed that they all have common traits and pattern with their behavior and only then I realized and confirmed that they are narcissist type of people - it was so sad.

So if a narcs victim was totally clueless the whole time, allowed all the crap treatment and never left the narc, therefore allowing the narc to 'fully consume' that victim essentially... What would that 'end' look like? What would be left of the victim and what would the narc in turn, be like? As precieved by the narc, victim and outside people? Bc the victim (I'm guessing) is not left actually un-alived, but after the narc sucks out all they possibly can bc victim never, ever left situation, what's 'this end' look like for all parties and how is it viewed by the outside world?

@samvaknin alrighty thank you will do... it's just kinda mind boggling bc if the narc consumes and basically leaves victims empty, then yes they are able to mold them into the fantasy and be somewhat like the puppet master bc youre totally playing into the shared fantasy; but then also I'd think is also left not being able to be a very good supply either of anything, good, emotions/reactions, all of it; as they are left as nothing.. The psychopathy I get as somehow I scored very high on the PCL-R (99% actually) but I do have what I've deemed to be selective empathy (I used to be very empathic to all, but after my 2yrs of narcisstic abuse have lost a lot of that, and I do experience anxiety as well, so not real sure where I fall anymore tbh) the delusional, not grounded in reality stuff with the narc just hangs me up big time in trying to gain understanding about it all...
