I made this tonight. So good. I added a bit of russet potatoes and some “turkey” seitan I had left over from Thanksgiving. I only had spinach so that’s what I used. Roasted Brussel sprouts in place of broccoli. All poured over Dr. Greger’s BROL. Outstanding!!!! Love you gals and your cookbook. #plantbasedwomanwarrior

Can I make a request? I would love if you guys came up with a slow cooker cookbook. My husband and I both work full-time, and sometimes getting a meal together with fresh ingredients can be a little too much on a day we both work more than eight hours. It would be awesome to have some vegan slow cooker recipes. Thank you.

If you love things on the sweet side, this may be right up your alley. However I found the combination of carrots and a very sweet potato to be too much. I added onion to my reheated dish and some of the pickled cabbage from their new book. That helped.

New to WPF fat-free, but doing much better after years of low carb and (low health too). This dish surprised me. Made tonight and was much more savory than I thought it would be. Really impressed! Very delish! Used with Lundberg's wild rice due to lower arsenic issue (still have to do arsenic rice protocol anyway).Look forward to trying other recipes in the cookbook. Thanks, Santa!

Ok… just a bit too sweet for my liking. This recipe disappoints on the word savory. Maybe cut back on sweet potatoes and carrots and add onion. It was difficult for me think I would be eating the leftovers but I did try adding some savory ingredients on the reheat and it helped a bit. I admit I’m an acid queen like Anne so that made is doubly surprising that Anne like it so much.
