I had john in MY top 5 for HARDROCK .. Just the fact Alone that he took FOUR HOURS At Burrows and ended up 10th ..He IS just INCREDIBLE.. SOOOO much respect for him... I DO have to Add that HARDROCK has THE BEST community that is second to NONE !!!! WILL He be back next year ??? THAT would be FUCKING AWESOME ...

Interesting observation… when he finishes, he barely acknowledges his 3 kids running alongside him, or his wife at the finish. Very different from viewing other elite ultra runners who greet their family at Finish lines of WS, or UTMB or HR or Cocodona250.
