A cop is ready to arrest a person. Doesn’t matter who because he is the POLICE. But after making threats of arrest and false allegations of trespassing THEN he goes to confirm if he has the right person? This is how innocent people are getting shot and killed by police. Lazy, sloppy poor police work. This is where all cops fabricate their RAS or PC to ID and harass the wrong person. Because this lady was smiling and non aggressive , the cop didn’t demand her ID, take her to the ground, tase her, put her in cuffs and on the way to the patrol car go “oops my bad”. Then he would continue the arrest to cover his ass . Charging her with resisting arrest, failure to obey, likely solicit a trespass anyways, obstruction, and disorderly. All charges for saying “no you are wrong” . Yes he did return and apologize. But he apologized for a mixup, not for his utter incompetence as a police officer, not for his ridiculously poor training, not for his inadequate investigation skills. The old homeless looking man was terrified, just wanting to get the heck out of there. Why was he so scared? Had he been roughed up by abusive cops before? How/why did the cop go to that table to start his investigation? Did he profile the scruffy looking older gentleman? Bumbling fools. This is how the wrong homes are being raided. Law enforcement is supposed to be about facts, not opinions or beliefs or hunches. Cops need to take the 3-10 seconds to verify the validity of facts before intruding on citizens. If this would have went to trespassing, the cop would have to go to the worker anyways, why do your job backwards?

That’s how they learn to do... #1: threatened arrest ( it’s your most valuable tool.. no one wants to go to jail, use it at every opportunity) #2: Don’t be nice and introduce yourself. (If you are in the wrong they have no name to go on for complaints and it gets too personal, civilians are animals and should be treated as such) #3: If things aren’t going well, either arrest and make the action fit a crime , after all 99% of people don’t know all the laws so .. This happens a lot. In the military you’re taught to NEVER act on or run with info unless you’re SURE of its legitimacy, especially if it involves a security risk. Some of those Police Officers or even their Colleagues back at the Department and Precinct are even atually a part of an Interracial Marriage so they should always be Considerate and not mean and ("Utterly And Outragiously") Disrespectful like how they were here before they finally were actually able to Figure out that Her and Her Husband never did anything wrong and neither did they even ask what her Spouse did before he Retired for a Living and Career if not a Regular Job Occuppation that's not a Career but just a Regular full or part time Job Occuppation...My Cousin In Law is Italian while I'm Filipino and is no Longer a Police Officer himself over in New York and New Jersey anymore and seems to be a Really Friendly Person while the RCMP Police Constable as a Royal Canadian Mountie who actually came to my 2009 High School Graduation here in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, BC was actually also super Friendly and Thoughtful too while others Officers were not except for half Friendly but don't except Pictures with people in the community except for Certain Officers only...So the Rediculousness of being Rediculously Ridiculous is actually not even an Excuse nor even a reason for them to actually do this even when it's right, the only reason for why it just so happens to be right is only because the the Government Code of Conduct Rules for Police Officers to Follow when they shouldn't have the right to actually do this at all as a Multi Cultural Brother and ("Sisterhood") of North American Cops Law Enforcement and should've have had been Trained Differently in order to Understand and Listen to People Better than than too Insult and Offend them like that the way that they did and had done in Public on this Video in the way and order that they had done and did in the most Unfortunately Unfortunate Way...If one of those cops was my dad, I would stand up to him and tell him just exactly how Stupid and Unreasonable your Actions were directly to him after getting home from work since that's what a real community would actually do for Complete Strangers they hardly even know doesn't matter what Job Profession Their Biological parents do for a Living...Long Enough Point.!!! Stop Immediately. No Need for the Jerkishness when it comes to Cops These things are Preventable and Don't need to Happen, Simple.Fairgame.!! Understandable.
