I got one for my birthday two years ago and just set it up.😂 It took a bunch of tries before figuring out how to get the best readings on the fingerprint sensor. Seems to work well.

I've had this for a year and constantly use it and have had zero issues with the Biometric on it..suoerfast to unlock

Well there’s a key you can use if the biometric reader doesn’t work. Just keep the key nearby. I have not had any issues so far and was reluctant just like you, but Costco has a great return policy if you don’t like it just return it within a year I think. Plus you can save the finger print of the same finger several times if you think you may push on the reader at a different angle or different position. That way the reader reads your fingerprint at many different angles.

The included directions are poor. They don't explain that the reset button has a rubber protector that needs to be removed. I figured it out but GEEZ!

Haha, my rubber button was not on the door. I had to figure out where it went.

My box came with no instructions at all... so I found a youtube video and was set up in no time.

in my case the beep was missing! everything works but the beep on fingerprint registration iant there !!! had to see this video to understand whats going on

My parents have one they set it up just for them yet everyone's fingerprints works just fine for opening it 😂 so idk how safe this safe really is

If there is a fire. Is this protected and the items inside

I would say no. There’s holes thru it for bolting it to something. The metal is not thick and there’s no insulator such as drywall which is typical for most larger fire rated safes. Hope that helps.

I would call the manufacturer. Otherwise you’ll likely have to destroy it to get it open.

Can you remove fingerprints?

Angie, you can remove them, but you have to removable all of them. Then you will need to add the ones you want again. Thanks for watching
