If we’re talking about sacrilegious foods, one time I had pizza and I grab some sauce thinking it was ranch because I was on the go and had to get back to my project. I open the package and put it on the pizza and take a bite tasted weird, but it was awesome halfway through the pizza. I realized it was mayo. I haven’t gone back to it, but I will stand by it. Truly a happy accident.

My little brother used to love mayo toast when we were little, I've had it as a quick snack myself. A little Salt, pepper, and garlic powder and you've got something tasty that took 30 seconds and cost you 30 cents.

and here i thought pork rinds were universally loved? maybe people had like, the swap meet pork rinds where there's no seasoning it's just just the pure taste of deep fried pig skin, but get you some chile lemon pork rinds and I can eat at least 3 bags in one sitting they literally just taste like a more organic chip since all they do is fry some skin, unlike normal chips which have 90 different preservatives in them. you might get some burnt bits that are super hard, but those are usually smaller/darker in color so just don't eat them, everything else is fire and i recommend them to literally everyone. they are super popular in china too, as either a chip or cooked into a type of dish

The idea of pineapple pizza makes sense but it just doesn't go well. I think its partly that american pizza already has too much sugar in the sauce to add sweet fruit, and maybe you need to use fresher pineapple than whatever pizza places have on hand.

I think pork rinds are an acquired taste and texture, to be honest. Either you grew up with them like I did and you love them, or you didn't and you hate them. Generally, they're kind of mid, but some brands are incredibly good. Source: southern kid who grew up eating whatever I could get my hands on, pork rinds were a go-to if I only had a couple bucks and wanted something to chew on that wasn't sweet. Yes, some kinds are chewy and more solid. For me those are the best sort but you have to have really good teeth, I've chipped a tooth on one before.
