I was a UK size 24 (yes I was a big lady lol) and after eating healthy and working out to Sanela I am now a UK size 14 to 16. So so thankful that I came across her and this channel! As she says... work hard or go home! Keep on pushing and you will get to where you want to be I promise!!

I watch two of Sanela's videos for my workouts and I love her. She gives me the reminders I need to give to myself (i.e. be gentle with yourself, no judgments), and she makes me laugh when she tells her stories 😅😄 this is very enjoyable and I'm on my way to loving my body, whether it's fit or not. 🙏💕

I am grateful for this practice , as I am trying to stick to my yoga ( daily) I'm waiting fo get on the transplant list for a liver . It's very hard , to say the least. Omg! Sanela! I love this flow! I especially loved the kitty cameo! Lol my cats are always right with me while I do yoga. In fact, my Josie grabbed my hair bun right before your kitty came in. Lol. I had to move forward for her to let go! I also love the spinal twists after the bicycles. Last year i had cervical cancer, so i had radiation to the area, i know keeping flexible is key! And this part really helps!! Well the whole flow feels great! Thank you for always making my morning yoga workout fun!

Hi Sanela, First I wanted to say thank you for this great video, honestly one of the best at explaining how to implement the poses. However, I wanted to critique the bit where you discuss a bikini body. As someone who does yoga daily and is conscious about my daily diet (working to eat mostly fruit, vegetables, and proteins), due to my body structure I will never have the classic "Bikini body." I know many friends who are similar in their fitness and diet routine who feel the same. It's best in videos emphasizing health to not emphasize only certain body types as the "right one," instead to promote general health and fitness as means to remain healthy regardless of if you have a small or large body. Also, it's worth mentioning some people watching this may not be women, and very well may be male-identified folks hoping to get in shape! Hope you know I do not say this as a means to bash your video, I still found it to be great, well put together and rejuvenating. I simply push you to use language that does not emphasize those specific body types as the only body type one can have. Thank you!
