I hope people realize that Zoro and Sanji care about each other even though they bicker alot. Sanji is basically entrusting Zoro with his life here because he knows that should he go crazy with the Germa genes, Zoro would do what he needs to do to protect the rest of the crew. And Zoro, who has no idea what's going on is encouraging Sanji to stay alive, meaning to beat Queen. You don't express these things to someone if you don't care about them. They trust each other blindly and they have unwavering confidence in one another to get the job done.

They mesh extremely well together in battle, as they're both extremely strong physically - they just cover one side of a coin (lower body, in case of Sanji, and upper body, in case of Zoro), and together the coin is complete (two sides of a coin, each covering one side).

It's actually insane how easily Sanji deals with Queen after his dormant enhancements come into it. He's insanely stronger than his siblings which makes sense, he was already stronger than them on a one on one basis without his enhancements.

I love the silence before he attacks. There’s an increasing sense of anticipation as the shot goes on, followed by Sanji disappearing, and Queen digging his own grave. When that theme kicked in it gave me actual goosebumps.

The move that was once a joke move now has some real power behind it. And Zoro and Sanji are true friends. That being said, I don't think Zoro needed to be talked into doing his task too much by Sanji. Kinda scary how little he needed to be talked into it. That's what makes them friends.

I watched one piece from front to back at least 9 times when it was up to the War of the Best arc, but I stopped watching when I fell into a nasty depression and lost interest in my favorite things. Now I picked it back up, and I remember just how much I absolutely adore the unique and loving characters of this anime. I've always wanted Nakama I could trust as much as they trust each other, and I remember why it was I fell so deeply in love with this anime in the first place.
