15 MIN // Full Body Express Pilates Workout // Total body toning // Sanne Vloet
Hi,
Happy first week of spring! How is your week so far? I definitely feel way more motivated after the daylight savings. I love to have the sun up for a couple of more hours because it gives me so much more energy!
Anyway, many of you have requested shorter yet effective workouts. This workout is a 15 minutes full body pilates workout. It targets your whole body and is made to fit busy schedules. Sometimes all we have is 15 minutes during the day to just focus on ourselves and this workout will be well worth it. On days when I feel low on energy or I just have so much going on I love a shorter workout myself. Let me know what you think and if you want to see more express workouts in the future!

Been doing this for about 2 weeks now and I just wanted to comment saying this is one of my fav workouts recently! I’ve been so busy to do full workouts this last month, and this 15 minute routine is quick enough not to mess up my schedule but hard enough that it makes me feel good about myself. Thank you Sanne!

I enjoyed this workout. Most of my time is taken up with lessons planning and teaching so having a quick full body workout in 15 minutes is great. Thank you Sanne for this awesome workout!

Also if I must say you are extremely good at presenting yourself and getting your point across without any boring moments lol so many Instagram and KZbin bloggers are so annoying while trying to instruct and inform. Be careful with the abs and the perineum so soon after the birth. You need to be gentle and take time to heal properly before doing more intense workouts. You could actually make your abs worse. It happened to me and now I'm 18 months postpartum and my diastasis recti is worse than ever.

I'm 8 months postpartum and this was so perfect. I altered only one ab move but could do the rest, and dropped the weights half way through the arms portion. ( I picked them up again later in the workout.) Baby is down for a nap and this is a great workout that leaves me with time to shower before he wakes up :P Thanks Sanne!

This is a great input! You can also always use stuff that you might have at home such as cans or water bottles etc. 😍
