I made this beginner class below as a border between Beginner and Intermediate. Once you can complete this class comfortably you can start mixing in some of the short Intermediate classes. The title says it’s “intermediate” and to be honest, I thought it was too easy for intermediates and really should be labeled for beginners. Way too easy

You really are getting me stronger. With the back pain I had experienced I thought I couldn't do pilates anymore. It feels so safe when I follow you. You are an excellent instructor. I'm learning to listen to my body and only do what doesn't hurt. Thank so much for these classes. I love Pilates and love you!

I love it! You're amazing! I did beginner set yesterday and it was so easy, so today I decided to deal with intermediate and omg it was hard but such a great experience! I''ll come back tomorrow. This is the first time when I wanna exercise 😍

This was great! I also appreciate a quick Pilates sess to pair with another type of workout. I paired it with a short jump rope sess to do a fun mix. The pace was great, kept the sweat going. The transition from rotating from one side to the other, then we straightened the legs, THEN went into Rollup was a really neat sequence that gave great burn. Thank u!

I just wanted to say, for those of you working on recovering from a back injury. Even if it's a year latter. Push through that pain. Yes your abs are affected with a back injury and it's gonna hurt. This video almost had me in tears and screaming from pain. But I'm glad I pushed myself to do it. I just proved to myself that I can do it. It's not easy getting back into doing stuff like this after an injury like that. It's going to hurt. I remember a while back having to go to physical therapy for something else. That therapist said, "you always going to have pain, with or without exercise. Exercise strengthens injured muscle. No exercise tightens injured areas and constricts every thing. You choose your pain!"

I'm glad to find this video! I don't feel comfortable as a Christian to do the pilates workouts that include several yoga elements and this is the first video that doesn't name poses by the Hindu religion. Thank you so much!

Oh, I understand the confusion now. So the point isn’t that I don't physically want to position my body in poses that are also used in yoga. The point is not to engage in the spiritual part of it - the names of the poses, the spirituality that comes with doing yoga (talking about chakras and energies). This trainer is doing the exercises only physically and not accrediting the spirituality of yoga. Yoga is a religious act, Pilates is not - it’s more of a scientific, medical thing. As a Christian I do not wish to praise anyone else than Jesus, thus I refrain from activities that praise other deities.

stop midway, hold longer there, usually that exercise is done like that, this is for extra flexible people

Hi Chiara, I bought the leggings and top from BaliSports88 on IG. But other outfits are from lulu Lemon, Alo yoga, Tres Cozy and other cheaper brands.

I tried the apple fitness+ Pilates because it seemed easy and was suited for beginners but my back started hurting almost directly while doing the workout now I’m hoping this isn’t the case with this workout here 😢
