Such a gift! Thank you for sharing ... Okumura Roshi has been so illuminating over the years. Gassho! Uchiyama Roshi's writing has been transformational and serves as ongoing learning. "We were born in a matrix of dissatisfaction . . . "

Okamura Roshi gives clear lectures on profound texts. He has a series on Dogen's view of Buddha Nature, for example, on the Dogen Institute website. Highly enlightening!

Hi. This was a wonderful talk on Uchiyama Roshis beautiful book. The practice/realization of opening the hand of thinking is continuous and always fresh. I'd like to comment on Maheshs seeming dilemma in his deciding he lacks the experience of relative bodhicitta, so called. Magnanimous mind is the essence of zazen. This mind unconditionally accepts all experience and pov without exception. There is nothing to change or correct about yourself, nothing to develop, and no path to follow leading from bad qualities to good ones. Just realize zazen.

"Do nothing and all will be done" is a very clever political statement, but the orientation is reversed, to that of a Buddhist or Christian, or any other "Religious" sense of moral commitment to purpose, in collective opinion, or holistic philosophy. If the Logarithmic Time, AM-FM "true nature" of the Universe is recognised, (which is what, how and why rigorous repetition of analysis of real-time re-evolution is the observable constant creation connection purpose for being in circularity), then Accuracy of Sciencing Re-search practices are the "Right Action" of Precision orientation to raising the levels of Being above survival by avoiding responsibility for Gaian Planetary Totality. "Not about Progress", because it IS about the conscious awareness of hyperfluid No-thing in ONE-INFINITY Everything, ie the holistic Conception of real-time logarithmic singularity positioning projection-drawing, all-ways all-at-once sync-duration here-now-forever, Being. "Spiritual Peace at/of Mind" is, for those who believe in the certainty of their own definitions, simply a position of denial to accept other people's opinions. Humiliating conformity to rigorous repetition of doctrines, is not the humble acceptance of personal responsibility for the whole, and inherent uncertainty. (Observation not accusation) The bio-logical re-evolution Being at the Centre of Time Duration Timing Conception is metastable proportioning of sync-duration Elemental Superposition-point identification, "doomed" Logarithmic Space Time to Uncertainty Principle, Theoretical Calculus Observation of inside-outside inclusion-exclusion timing-phase positioning Quantum Chemistry. WYSIWYG here-now-forever.

His heavy accent makes it painful to listen to him. It is a strain for him too.

YOu will get used to it and understand him perfectly. The whole world speaks English with an accent. Being an educated person means you are comfortable with it and used to it because there is great wisdom in other traditions. It is the inheritance of the world.

I pray that you all find and seek the Lord Jesus Christ, Son of the Living God. Jesus is the Way the Truth and the Life. Meaning there is no way besides Jesus. No truth besides Jesus and no life apart from Jesus. The only way to have peace with God is through Jesus. Jesus died and rose again so that we could be justified and washed in His blood. Turn to Jesus for He holds everlasting life in His hand. Not one word that Jesus spoke came from Him He said, but from the Father in heaven. The words of Jesus came directly from God and no other. Repent and turn to Jesus and believe the Gospel that Jesus died and rose to save sinners!
