Santa Ana #13 hull planking done! It’s been awhile.

Behind schedule due to holiday. Been putting some solid hours in the workshop and completed the hull planking. It is what it is, love hate relationship with planking, scares me, even after all these years building model ships.

I just found your channel and I really like it. Your ship is magnificent. Keep up the good work. Greetz from Belgium. I am working on the HMS Bounty by constructo (doing the masts now) and Santissima Trinidad bij OcCre. I follow a couple of modellers on You Tube, like John Aliprantis, Olha Batchvarov, Aris Modelbouw, Eddy's Modellwerft and Mario's Schiffsmodellbau. And your channel now. I also have the Santissima Trinidad from Occre on my shelf, waiting to be completed. 😃 They are all good channels. There’s also @gregwilson channel, he’s building the Soleil Royal as a first time builder. You should definitely give ham a look also. And cheers, I’m not a very fast builder, with a family and a full time job, I don’t have much time in the workshop building Santa Ana, but small progress is better than no progress. 🙌😃

Cheers mate. 🙌😃 Yea they do the trick and very cheap compared to other stuff you can buy to do the same job. 😄🙌 If you can, get the ones that has a smaller pin in it, mine can sometimes split the frame where you hammer them down. 👌

😂😂 what did you get up with that search? 😅😅 Here en Denmark it’s just called a thumbtack I believe. I can see the name of them when I get down to the workshop. 🙌😁
