Not bad. The * on the PurRqs indicates that the Req is firmed. Hence the reschedule out message. If it wasn't firmed, the Req would have a date of 24.12

Hi IK, Thanks for the info. But how to remove those Exc Msgs & why MRP is creating those exc msgs, instead of correcting it ? First of all Why it created PurReq on 04.09 instead of 24 Dec ? Next MRP run, will remove all those Exc Msgs ? or we have to do it manually ?

MRP creates exceptions if anything is found inconsistent so as to notify the planner. It does not change the planning situation. Exceptions won’t go away unless the warnings are corrected.
