"It´s only pain..........." wow, I´m amazed at the Mind Set these athletes have. Any regular Human Being would shrink at the thought of any type of pain. We run away from pain. We avoid pain. Sara, and all these great athletes, see pain not only as a buddy of theirs, but almost as a "Gift Wrap" which you first see, aknowledge, say "oh, how cute!" and then you discard and throw away because you know inside there´s a precious gift. Inside that paper wrap there´s a beautiful gift for you.

I was like this, I only got teased and bullied in high school for being different physically and mentally. I was always the tallest strongest girl. I got teased and bullied for being "manly", I always wanted to be like the skinny attractive girls. She's an inspiration to women like myself, who were not first choice to the opposite sex.

AA: She said something in one of the videos in this series...and when she said it, my ears pricked up, and I actually muttered out loud "Oh." I'm going to keep what she said to myself until after the Games, because I know I'd be eviscerated were I to offer it up at this point. Suffice it to say that I felt (and feel) that it was pretty revelatory. Regardless, I'll be cheering for her more than for any competitor...even my fellow Canucks.

Hey dude... what is is that she said that gave you pause?? You never said. Also, I noticed recently that Sara no longer follows Katrin, Annie or Bjorgvin on IG and they don't follow her either. This is strange since they've all trained together at different times and used to tag and comment on each other's social media...... any thoughts? Sara seems to have a hard time collaborating with other cross fitters and seems kind of a loner.

In cross-fit they have some workouts with strict pull-ups but the reason you mainly see Butter-fly style is because when doing 100 pull-ups for time trying to do them all strict will just not work.
