Judge K kept it simple and ended this nightmare. No speech; as many judges do. He knows Sarah Booze could have used anything he said as prejudicial. His response to her motions for a New trial was masterful.
@johnmartin7158Сағат бұрын
lol, I think it was kinda deliberate in the sense it was diametrically the opposite of Booze’s rambling Homer Epic. Classic ending from the Judge. I pity the poor room mate of Booze. Cheers NZ.

The fact that Dr. Harper relied on Sarah's self-reporting on the alleged childhood trauma - and we all have seen what an accurate and insightful self-reporter Sarah is. I have come to the conclusion that psychology is the gullble science!

Her vitriol showed zero remorse, a complete rejection of any culpability, and a desperate need to by a martyr. Women like this set back real ptsd, and domestic violence diagnosis, when they just lie about all of it every time.

I think they have to include the time already served whatever the sentence (for the record). I still can't work out if she is eligible for parole or not. Ahhh, the bell curve of humanity...Those of us who struggle to understand ourselves, others, to grow, to evolve, regardless of what we are subjected to, inflict and indeed, by some of whom are the ilk of the Sarah Boones of the world. She seeks out the broken , the vulnerable of the world because their suffering makes her feel superior. Convinces them she has their best interests at heart. She has been using the same tactics on those she has shared time in jail, her "friend" who needs a kidney, as she did with Jorge. She has been, is, will always be a threat to society, most especially to those who are vulnerable, who are seeking help, trying to rise above their circumstances. It is always sweet when justice is served, and she from herein will be navigating those like herself, she will find they will immediately recognize her façade, will nip that BS in the bud, in fact use it to teach her, her place in the sociopathic bell curve.

How deep her faith is…why hasn’t that faith propel her to take accountability. I love how inmates always seem to find God on the inside all while denying the actions of what caused them to be in jail in the first place.
