I caught myself smiling during this whole video. Your yoga videos are such a essential part of my life now. I found your channel in January and I have been practicing every day now ever since. Physically I am stronger than ever, but the biggest change has been mentally. I still have a few obstacles to manage but the yoga reminds me how much more capable I am than I thought. And your gentle voice helps me remember to be present in the moment. I am so glad I found your channel and the help your videos provide 😊🌻

Wow...didn't expect the part about awareness to call me out so much. I've been distracting myself or dissociating so I don't think about things in my life, but now I'm working on bringing awareness as the first step to "let go of what does not serve you, and become new".

Yay a yoga routine I can actually do, thanks so much! I've got various chronic illnesses and I just cannot do ones where you stand up and go back down to your knees etc. I often just fall straight over or nearly faint so this is great. I can only do about 20 mins gentle exercise a day (or less sometimes) and I really don't want to become a mummy so this is the perfect thing to keep me moving (slowly like a snail but it's better than nothing!) 😘

I almost let myself skip doing this after a long day at work, but I knew this would be nourishing for me because it always is! Thanks for your videos, I'm using this one especially at the end of my day to have a dedicated time to get mentally centered, focus on my breathing, stretch (I add in a couple more stretches). I'm recovering from suicide attempts and thoughts and your calming videos have really helped. Thanks again 💗

Being a Sunday here in Nairobi, I decided to not follow my morning yoga routine and just chill out. From morning my mind kept telling me 'do yoga' repeatedly. When it started screaming 'DO YOGA' I finally submitted and looked for a video 🤣🤣🤣 Sarah Beth being the best guide that I have ever had, I had to look for one of her videos. This one was deeply spiritual for me. I did the 7 day challenge about two weeks ago and my mind is so much clearer. Panic attacks have reduced. I am more flexible. Thank you Sarah Beth.

Wonderful and wonderful! Does this happen to any of you at times? I recently stopped doing yoga due to time constraints and before I knew it, it has been over 3 weeks. I started back yesterday (Sunday) with a 30 minute full body workout. WOW! that let me know I had been away. This morning Sarah has this delightful perfect relax and stretch to ease my body back to my Daily Practice. I believe I'm back! Thank you Sarah.

thank you thank you so much this was exacltybwhat I needed I stopped yoga, it's like 2 yrs now and bc I'm older I find it so hard to start yoga again and do the poses I was able to do when I was younger, this was just perfect, thank you. another thing is my work is physical heavy and after a long day, i can't find it anymore strength to relearn and again, this is just perfect

I love this practice and I usually do this one on Sunday. I call it "Sarah Beth Sunday's Session." I cannot tell you how good the suspine twist feels. Also to transition to full wind pose and ending in savaana are just perfect. Thank you as always Sarah Beth for improving my life these past three years.

I have been practicing with you since March and I've come to have a deeper understanding and appreciation for yoga than I've ever had before. This is just what I needed after a long day.
