This one is a great way to start my day, especially before doing my cardio workout! I definitely recommend staying focused if you're trying to do the gorilla pose with both hands at the same time - my mind was wandering while doing the pose today and I fell HARD, whacking my left elbow on my tile. Off to ice it before doing my Jillian Michaels workout! :)

This was really good. I love how slow and deep you can stretch in the beginning. The pace does pick up but it isn't crazy fast...its a good flow. The only thing I struggled with was some of transition. The verbal directions were a little confusing and then trying to see what her legs are doing were a bit difficult with the black pants . I am sure with more repetition I will get it but it was tricky for me.

i love your yoga videos. However in this one the transition from wild thing to low cobra is the fastest breath which results in a flop to the ground rather than a contolled lowering for me - just a little longer breathe on this. Thank you so much for the videos ... B.

Sarah Beth you did it again! I legit felt like this was an entire full body stretch. I loved it! My intention was 'feel good'. I loved this sequence. I was a bit off balance touching my tight at one point 😅 but by the 3nd round, I was flowing a breathe behinds. I kept hearing your voice in past videos follow your breathe - move as you would under the water 😅. I loved this set thank you so much for introducing something new again to the public!!
