I have a whole playlist of your videos where I alternate between the hathas and vinyasas and I'm realizing that this is probably my favorite because it feels like an effortful blend of the two! Still great movement but not as a repetitive as a vinyasa. I would love more of these!! I am obsessed with your videos and do one of your routines nearly every day! Thank you so much for this incredible content, you always have what I need and I am so grateful!

Thanks, Sarah Beth! I started following your channel for prenatal yoga last year when I was pregnant. I'm loving continuing to evolve my yoga practice as a new Mama. I agree! And I was thinking that during today's practice. I'm a little older ;-) and in the last few years, I can really feel how my body is changing; I need more time to transition through some of the moves, especially the spinal twists. Would be great combine the flows with some more restorative type, slow moves...s-l-o-w flows. :-)

This was exactly what I was looking for! Short, stress-relieving, light engagement of the muscles to build just a little heat, and lots of stretching, alignment and breathing! This really helped me feel better both physically and mentally. Thank you for this great, short practice!
