I felt so immersed in this video. It was like being there. Things are a bit tough here, (life stuff) but your story, this walk, your generosity of spirit in sharing so much of your journey was yet again, so welcome. I was transported and also found myself smiling, feeling like a proud friend or such of what your doing on this walk. It’s an epic adventure, I can feel the wind in my mind and imagine the colours and sounds. So cool, and I’m so grateful that you thought to take us all along and be part in an abstract yet somehow present way on this journey. Stay well (and hydrated) and all the best for the next part of your walk. Blessings.

May I ask what is the sketchbook at 8:40? I love the tinted paper even though I suspect it's more for sketching than watercolors. I hope you get your journal published and with text and notes. That kind of journalogue is so unique when people share something out of the usual, which yours is! 🤩

Wonderful video as always Sarah, is that the etchr signature sketchbook you are using? I was wondering what it was like compared to their other sketchbooks (white and the grey ones). Cool idea going right around Scotland's coast.
@SarahBurnsStudio2 жыл бұрын
Yes it's the Etchr Signature Sketchbook which has really thick cold pressed fabriano paper (which is a dream!). But for longer hikes it's too heavy, so I also use my Hahnemuhle 100% cotton paper sketchbook (the new one) which is pretty great too..not quite as nice but still excellent
