When I first found out I was pregnant, I planned to thrift all the clothes for my little one. After announcing we’re having a girl, a buddy of my boyfriend (who has a little girl at home) ended up giving us 4 boxes of clothes from NB/preemie up to 2 year. Sure, some pieces may be a little tacky and not necessarily what I’d dress my daughter in, but I am so blessed that I haven’t needed to spend a single cent on clothing! Thrifting/second hand is the way to go. You definitely had some awesome finds. Great video, as per usual! Love from Quebec✨

A tip someone taught me for storing baby clothes is using vacuum seal bags and storing them by size (with a label)! They will all be so compact to fit in a storage bin and if you have more children you just go pull out the size bag you need!!

Omg, dye the muslin wrap with onion skins! They make such a pretty soft rusty brown, and it's super easy to do. Just keep your onion skins until you have a decent amount, boil them on the stove until you get a great colour, strain out skins, and add your garments to the dye bath for as long as you like. Rinse, wash, and your done! Plus, it makes your kitchen smell like French onion soup 😂

Where I live, I often find that I can purchase brand new baby clothes for much cheaper during online sales and just purchasing a small capsule wardrobe (if you buy multi packs of onesies, pants, etc. they all tend to be cheaper and coordinate) than trying to find pieces that work together from a thrift store. If I thrift it tends to end up as a modgepodge of random things that don't really equate to a full wardrobe and I have to end up buying new anyway.
