Thanks a ton for this video! I am in my late 30s and suffer with a lot of these lifestyle-related issues since my early 20s. A lot of what Raj said resonates with all the mistakes/misinformation I have committed or listened to for so long. I have been with a trainer and nutritionist now, and it is helping now. I will now be discussing these points with them. Take care!

The biggest positive change in my periods since I got PCOD has been made by increasing protein and weight training at least 5 days a week. And sleep, sleeping on time and waking up on time is so so important it is even above exercise. I am now getting regular periods of 4-5 days every month.

Lunch 2 eggs boiled or omlette, half cup boiled and drained basmati rice with a big katori of daal or chana rajmah etc. then in evening fruit before gym. In dinner 2 roti with chicken/paneer 100 gm and sabzi or daal. And once a week one meal some outside food. But hafte mei sirf ek baar wo bhi bas ek time mostly lunch on Sunday kuch bahar ka. Nd 2.5 to 3 liter pani roz. Aur at least week mei 4-5 din weight training zarur. And mai over cardio nahi karti hun. Bas 15 mint roz cycling in gym and Monday ko cardio day hota hai gym mein.

I have a doubt.. I am a nutrition student myself so I'm genuinely curious.. what happens once you get off the nutrition plan? Will Yash re introduce carbs for you in a moderate quantity? Something that you can follow for the rest of your life? Because high protein is good.. but again carb is an important macronutrient. Would really like to know his pov! Really happy to see your progress Sarah.. I hope more people are inspired by you and focus on food and lifestyle instead of just popping pills that in turn messes up the gut and body even more ❤🎉

Couple of questions: - So you don't eat any veggies or fruits? Where do you get your fiber from? - Also, is the no carb diet sustainable? I gradually cut out roti and rice and it really hampered my energy levels and I would have blackouts so I swore to one roti a day - Do you think its financially feasible to have a high protein diet?
@sarahsarosh4 ай бұрын
1. Fruits with curd in the morning with eggs and chicken ke side mein veggies. This much fibre is more than enough coz I’m not havinf refined flour that needs extra processing in my gut. 2. Yes it is, just cutting carbs is not the key whixh is why I’m not tellingg you to follow my plan but consult a nutritionist. With carbs being cut there is alot of protein (the right source of nutrition, body building and energy) being provided to my system and so my energy levels are better than ever. Did you increase your protein consumption when you cut carbs? We also have supplements for hydration and energy in the nutritional plan so that also adequately helps. 3. High protein diets are of course expensive given the costs of meat and eggs on the rise in the current economy but would you choose eating the right food at home to live a long and healthy life or eating achra kachra for also just as expensive meals in a month from out? My monthly EGG bill is ₹650, this could be the cost of 2 aloo frankies outside. You choose
