People don't use sardines often enough. They're abundant and inexpensive, high in protein and essential oil. With the counterbalance of tomato, you have a healthy, delicious dish.:)

Those sardines look big, the ones that i get in the brunswick brand are just three small sized ones. Dish looks enticing
