1 large tin of sardines in tomato sauce (or 2 small cans)
1 onion sliced (1/2 for beginning and 1/2 for end)
2 scallions chopped
2 wiri wiri peppers
oil to cook (about 2 tbsp)
2 potatoes peeled and sliced
salt/pepper to taste
