Sadly many don’t want to make it to 80. They have the belief that you are crippled and have a terrible sorry life quality in older age. People underestimate how gracefully you can age if you take care of yourself. Ironically it’s the ones abusing their bodies today that will be having all kinds of crippling trouble in the future.

@@bigpicturegains Taking something doesn't mean you're abusing your body, there's such a thing as moderation and in addition, you can always use medical care to monitor your health on an ongoing basis and make adjustments if necessary. Great video. Id like to add that the fake natties like the rock chris hemsworth liar king mike ohearn make it worse as it gives people false expectations on what you can achieve naturally, and so when people train and don’t get even 1/10 of the progress, the assume that they have to use steroids because they’re chasing physique that simply not realistic.

They have tons of young impressionable fans who would follow anything they say so if they admit to it, they would be influencing these young fans to take them. Even if they say please don't take them as I do, that would be hypocritical of them. I can see both sides, it's a tough situation

The sad part of this is that earning gains through discipline and hard work becomes an avenue that helps you in every walk of life. Those lessons I learned denying myself cheap pleasures, sticking to a routine, pushing myself: they have all helped when it comes to working hard, studying, not drinking too much, time management, stress management, long-term financial planning. All of these skills were developed through and alongside working hard in the gym and sticking to a balanced diet. SARMS and the appetite for a quick fix will never develop that.

If you'd been smart and run NAC and other PCT/OCT during your cycle you wouldn't have had that issue. You using them incorrectly isn't the SARM's fault. Edit: Also, based on that side-effect profile, they probably weren't SARMs at all. Probably pro-hormones marketed as SARMs by a sh*t/shady company. Less your fault than the above, but still partly your own fault.

We definitely live in the microwave era where a lot of us seem to want instant gratification. It's ashame because as an older adult, I realized that the lesson most times is in the journey and not necessarily reaching the destination.
@MeltWithU
@MeltWithU Жыл бұрын
I keep thinking that those who grew up with high speed Internet are those most likely to be and fall susceptible to instant gratification. as opposed to those who grew into it from the days of slow dial up. It started with downloading music, and once someone could download a song in a couple seconds, then it was video, where eventually you could do the same. Instant messaging and so forth. So it’s no wonder that people are so impatient these days. Because if something isn’t instant, they throw a fit. Thinking the entire world operates like the Internet. It’s really concerning, because so many people seemingly never slow down enough to smell the roses. This also may be a big reason why there is so much anxiety and depression, not to mention misdiagnosed ADD or ADHD. Something that existed back in the 80s and 90s, but in a much lesser way, and for whatever reason skyrocketed in the 2000s. Making me believe that the two are connected. Not to mention all of the garbage chemicals they are putting in food these days. Barely any nutrition at all, replaced by chemicals that are proven to damage cells in our body. Every other country in the world has banned these chemicals from being put in their food… With the USA being one of the few that hasn’t. Seemingly, it seems like this is only going to get worse unless something happens to make people take a hard look at how they are currently existing and living through their devices, as opposed to taking in the world around them and loving thy neighbor. We can only hope that change happens sooner than later.

True. I'm 29, I went through a stage in life where I wanted everything overnight. I was pushing white ❄️ and doing other things. After I was arrested, I started from nothing but the first thing I did was to build a new foundation within myself. I remember gaining alot of fat that made my muscles hide away 😂. Instead of crying about it, I figured it was a perfect opportunity to appear as if I went from fat to swole even though I had 7 yrs of gains on me under the fat. Normal people who don't lift don't understand that the muscles never disappear which is how transformation videos seem insane. Most of them are lying about the time frame and the time they've been training. Only a experienced lifter could tell I had gains. The point is that because people see these things they fall for the overnight trap as I did. Good sleep+ strenght+conditioning+muscle and I became a different person even my face changed drastically. I went into logistics and created a stable wealth the cops cannot take from me. No overnight dreams but to be fair I did in 2 years what I couldn't in 10 before. Focus can push you up fast while not focusing on that at all.

It’s so easy to just not use it. I got on sarms at 17 to 21. I experienced amazing gains, and felt incredible. I think the only side effect was start of gyno during a rad 140 and yk11 cycle. I stopped this cycle immediately and started a pct. I felt like an absolute god during the cycles and hated coming off. I did 8 weeks on 8 weeks off. After realizing these compounds were dangerous I stopped and haven’t touched them since. This is where the biggest issues came in. I was obsessed with the gym and loved it while I was on it. Now the gym is a chore. I have completely plateaued due to being close to my natural potential. I still workout 6 days a week and probably every 3 days the devil on my shoulder tells me to do another cycle. Develop a natural love of the gym and keep it sustainable. I’m 32 years old and I’ve been lifting since I was 19. My first 5-6 years I made gains but they would come and go. All I did for exercise was lifting weight about once a day 5-6 times a week. What happened to him is not the fault of steroids, but the lack of knowledge about diet and training that's why it's so important not to take anything until you learn the basics. Your story should get many eyes open because 99% of people end up like this. Influencers are an exception because most of them have a trainer who already has knowledge, they only do what the trainer tells them and average teenager doesn't have the money for a coach.

Anyone thinking a legal drug can help them catch up to their buddies or look ripped faster, it’s just common sense to a kid to try. This is straight up almost exploitation of undeveloped brains, the likes of in-game gambling mechanisms in kid’s videogames- and vapes. Like really hooking kids into “legal” ways to get them stuck on something terrible for them, and they don’t have the knowledge or impulse control to know better.

They shouldn't be advertised on social media, but they should be legal. If they are not people will just be less transparent about their use and that is when people get hurt. Also they prevent people from going on more serious anabolics. Right now steroids are very much legal, even anabolics, but only for the rich. The rich can go doctor shopping until they find one who will prescribe them what they want. I think that's unfair to the general public.

I'm 33 now, 205 without counting food or protein, I work out upper body 2x a week, one hard day, and a second medium day, and legs I lift one day, and plyo another day, I can standing very dunk at 205, I never thought I could bench 225, but I can for 3 reps lol. I know it ain't crazy, but I'm stoked. I think working out less helped my gains, and writing down my reps and sets.

What so many people don't understand is that your body is a huge and delicate network of processes all linking to each other and all depending on each other to work. If you drastically alter one of these processes artificially then it will have knock on effects into other areas. It's impossible to have a change without side effects. The whole point of working out naturally is that you push yourself within the limit that your body can manage naturally. Anything more and it's not you. It's the drug using your body as a vessel.

Ecdysterone is a good way to put on muscle naturally too! No known side effects, naturally found in spinach. If you overdose you'll feel hot and dizzy for about an hour but that's about it from my experience. Doesn't negatively affect your HPTA axis and is even beneficial for your liver and cholesterol. Some natural drugs are almost side effect free and are highly effective, so that saying of a drug not having side effects being ineffective isn't always the case. Although there is no confirmed answer on the effectiveness of ecdysterone, many people report legit results, myself included. The strength gains for me were faster and better than using testosterone, the fat loss even better than testosterone.. The muscle gains? Not as good as testosterone but still it's a very effective supplement and boosts your mood and concentration a bit too. No androgenic effects either which can either be positive or negative depending on your goals. Muscle gains are faster than not using it. Motivation is slightly increased too. There needs to be more research done on it to see how it exactly works and if there are any long-term side effects of high doses of ecdysterone, which I'm nearly certain there could be but I doubt it's anything lethal or permanently life damaging. It does bind on to estrogen receptors in skeletal muscles while not increasing or releasing estrogen, it's an interesting mechanism of action. It supposedly boosts protein synthesis up to 60%. It's highly effective in insects and rats, meaning it's more likely than not to work on humans.

Not sure about sarms but I’ve seen guys in my gym who I knew go a real steroid cycle and their strength went through the roof. One was a workout partner of mine for around 6 months. Im natural got to 335 orm on bench training for a orm for a few months after years of bb jist going to 275 for 8 to 10 reps. I got 335 for a couple. He was natty at the time lifting with me and he was plateaud at 315 for those few months. He would get 315 for orm. Then he’d put a 5 on and try 325 and just miss it and need a spot. Fast foward a year later. He got on juice. He was benching 405 on an incline for 7 to 10. He was putting up 495 on flat. He was freaking doing 315 on military seated shoulder press for reps now lmao. So maybe not sarms but full on steroids def make a drastic difference, I guess hence why they’re illegal in sports. But not worth the possible consequences imo. Years later idk what happened with him as I haven’t seen in him in the gym in yrs now but I’m still in the gym natural still lifting, still look and feel rly good and people have thought I juice natty 19.5 inch arms at 40.

@@larrytate1657 he was probably on one hell of a cycle. Sarms are pretty hit or miss I believe. A lot of them lie about the contents and its hard to find a reputable place to get them. It’s hard to know how many people really are on them but I knew of a lot of guys who saw it as the safe way to get jacked. Most of them made little or no progress because they didn’t know what they were doing or didn’t have the right shit I guess. Only one guy really knew how to train and he became massive and strong af. His gym partner was lazy and still made decent strength gains. Guy that got jacked was really open about it and talked about yellow vision, quarter sized acne which he showed us, and mood swings which we also witnessed first hand. sarms are no joke and potentially a lot more dangerous especially considering younger guys use them with no knowledge and in the middle of puberty. FDA should have put a stop to the nonsense years ago.

It's because most people who take SARMs have little to no knowledge of PEDs and steroids to begin with, or even their own body. Most don't even get bloods checked, understand what it even does to their body. They just blindly take it and expect it to handle everything for them, when in reality it doesn't work like that. Most will take insane cycles and never factor in sleep, rehabilitation, diet and exercise periodization. Steroids and PEDs aren't magic pills, they will help by far, extremely but you still need to put in the work of dieting and properly exercising around them. They make it a lot easier though when you follow those principles. I just feel like most people aren't knowledgeable at all, so they dive into the world of PEDs and get bigger but don't actually get the benefit vs the damage they put on their body. I really feel like unless you are competing in something like Mr. Olympia, professional sports or acting where your image representation is your financial stability, then you have no business even thinking about PEDs or steroids. Doctor prescribed TRT to help with naturally low testosterone are one thing, but it's a completely different ball game fucking up your body for no gain at all and definitely no financial return. Just do functional training, yoga and periodize exercise properly and eat clean and you won't be ridiculously huge but you'll at least feel great and have a decent set of muscle on you.

You sound like a young dude in his 20's which makes sense to believe this way, but from years of experience, I can assure you that TRT can be absolutely necessary.*

Alot of the heart related issues regarding SARMs is because of the Estrogen crash that occurs with the heavier suppressing SARMs like RAD 140 , S23 , etc . Estrogen protects the heart.

I’ve been training consistently for the last 2 years applying the basic principles of progressive overload, clean diet, good macro and micro nutrient breakdown and enough sleep. You’ll be amazed at what you can achieve in 2 years as a natural just putting in the work. Time is gonna pass anyway, no need to rush the process, stay natty, be disciplined and most of all, be patient!

The amount of 18 and 19 year young guys know having to go to trt is crazy due to sarms destroying their natural testosterone production

I have a weight gaining problem but for 15 years I resisted juicing, I gained the weight in the end naturally and by just trying and trying and doing the work to know my body..brothers don't poison yourself, learn your body and then apply..it's a double win in the end for mind and body

Thanks for posting this video, back in the Marines (when sarms first came out) my buddy told me to buy them, they’ve been sitting in my old military bag for years, discovered them going through my old bags, and didn’t know if I should just take them or not. Been lifting for 16 years (started when I was 12, im 28 now) and a life time natty, will definitely be throwing them out.

It might be more helpful to make a list. Start with what they are...Ostarine (Enobosarm, MK2866, S22). Andarine (S4). LGD-4033 (Ligandrol). LGD-3033. TT-701. RAD140 (Testolone). S23.

When I first heard about SARMs, I was already skeptical. The same results as steroids without the side effects? As people say, if it's too good to be true, it probably is.

this has been a very long and sleepless night, wallowing in my own misery and reading and watching review after review of sarms. ive been lifting for 2 years, and my dysmorphia and ribcage birth defect have been such drags on my mental health. but after hovering over the purchase button on a research chemical website and debating putting my overall health at stake just to make myself look better, ive decided that its not worth the risk, and THIS VIDEO IS THE NAIL IN THE COFFIN.

This is the first I’ve heard of this terrible drug. I’ve only heard of testosterone and growth hormones from bodybuilders sites. This is a great video of awareness for lifters. Stay natural, work hard, and take care of yourselves.

One of the key factors of fitness is teaching discipline, patience, and consistency. You carry those traits outside the gym as well. It bums me out to see my generation willing to destroy their bodies and minds for instant results. Good things don't come easy.

While that is true and I completely disagree with taking sarms it still takes hard work to achieve that type of body and these are kids at the end of the day their parents and the world should protect them also this not just one generation this is a failure of society

Ostarine (MK2866) works by binding to the Androgen Receptor, increasing protein synthesis and altering the genes. It’s anabolic effects on the muscle tissues and minimizes muscle atrophy, most notably during recovery periods from surgery and injuries.

Good video but it is focusing on purely the negatives. If you take a sarm like MK it has been studied extensively and been around over 20 years. Also need to remember that even approved medications have dangerous side affects. The danger is that the sarms are readily available and young people are easily enticed. Most won't bother to do any research and take to much thinking more os better.

Mk677 is not a Sarm. It's a growth hormone secretagagoge. Totally different. Mk677 works and is in human trials. Sarms are not in human trials and they are inferior to Steroids with most of the same bad side effects. That's why Sarms will never get approved cause they are garbage. There is stuff outthere that is better.

When I was 20-22 I started lifting weights. I worked with my dad an we would get out pretty early so I would be at the gym with the highschool kids across the street. Became cool with some of them, after about a year of us working out they were all on sarms/roids. It’s legit crazy asf to even think about it, why are all these teens so fixated on quick results?

Social Media and movies. You know how many jacked people I saw growing up in the 90's, per day? Zero unless I watched Rambo, Terminator, or went to the grocery store and saw a body-building magazine. Now, it's EVERYWHERE in front of these kids.

When I was 24 years old I had been lifting naturally for about 4 years consistently but struggled to put on mass due to a poor appetite. A co worker who was a newbie body builder gave me a pack of sarms and said they would help me gain weight. Me, being the idiot I was at that age, I took them for about 10 days and suddenly erupted in cystic acne on my face. It took me 3 years to clear my skin. I went on antibiotics, Spironolactone, accutane, antibiotics again, and FINALLY my skin cleared. It was a traumatizing and horrific experience and I'm mad at both myself and my idiot coworker for giving me them. I would not wish that experience on my worst enemy. I am now an acne free, 130lb ball of natural muscle and I love myself for it. I cannot believe the short time I took that trash ruined my skin for that long. It was TRAUMATIZING. I wish someone had told me and I wish I hadn't been so gullible. You live, you learn, you try to spread education and knowledge...
