Os is a legend! I don't enjoy the format of these chats, why not start from the beginning of his career, at school etc then work up to his last game. A structured chat is far more enjoyable but enjoy the show overall.

The impact of Jonah Lomu and Rassie Erasmus on the world of rugby has been truly significant over the past three decades. In 1995, Jonah Lomu revolutionized the traditional image of a rugby player, challenging the conventional perception of size and speed. His remarkable athleticism and power transformed the game and left an indelible mark on the sport. Fast forward to 2019, and Rassie Erasmus continued this trend by demonstrating the value of smaller, agile players like Cheslin Kolbe. By showcasing the effectiveness of players with different physical attributes, Rassie Erasmus reshaped the landscape of world rugby once again. These two individuals have undoubtedly been among the most influential figures in world rugby over the past 30 years. Their ability to challenge and redefine conventional norms within the sport has not only changed the way rugby is played, but also how it is perceived on a global scale. The impact of their contributions extends far beyond the field, influencing the mindset and approach of players, coaches, and fans alike. Jonah Lomu's legacy as a trailblazer in rugby cannot be overstated. His imposing physical presence and exceptional speed set a new standard for what a rugby player could achieve. By transcending traditional expectations, Lomu inspired a generation of athletes to push the boundaries of their own potential. His influence continues to be felt throughout the rugby community, serving as a reminder that greatness knows no limitations. Similarly, Rassie Erasmus' strategic vision and willingness to embrace diversity have left an enduring mark on the sport. By championing the inclusion of players with diverse skill sets and physical attributes, Erasmus has expanded the possibilities within rugby. His innovative approach has not only elevated the performance of individual players, but has also enriched the overall fabric of the game. In conclusion, Jonah Lomu and Rassie Erasmus stand as pillars of influence within the world of rugby. Their ability to challenge conventions, redefine expectations, and inspire others has reshaped the sport in profound ways. As we look to the future of rugby, their contributions serve as a testament to the enduring power of innovation and inclusivity in driving positive change within the game.

It should just be an official thing in south Africa that the best Springbok prop at the current time is given the name "Ox" in their language of choice. Seems to be trending that way anyway, might as well make it official 😂😂

There have been so many great players…..from that era, Os, Rueben, Kobus, Joubert, Joost, Teich, Stransky, Small. But compare with today, the whole team is just great, notwithstanding the oldest man, Deon Fourie, he may not have been the best but had the hardest target to achieve, first cap, filling in for 2 great Hookers. The current squad of bok players are so so special.
