I remember reading somewhere SA Navy is suffering from cash crunch and that most of it's equipment is/soon to be obsolete. That they are not able to sail enough hours ( just 2/3rd of required) due to the cash crunch.

that a lot of crew for a frigate of 107mtrs, has the same number almost of our frigates at 118mtrs which by the way are based on the meko
