James HansonTv most people aren't saying the camera man is wrong for filming other things, just not the best idea to create an audience on channel titled after a single chef & start filming another chef without hiro in the video... wonderful filming just the wrong channel I suppose, which is why most people keep the channel name unrelated to the content, cause then they aren't limited to certain types of content.. they can have plenty of freedom to film whatever they please without the audience feeling mislead or deprived.

Even if hiro doesn't see this I still want to say it, I respect hiro and colin (I think is the cameraman I'm not entirely sure) very very much and hiro is extraordinarily talented and well deserved the subs and views he is achieving and I love this channel very much so keep up what you guys are doing

I understand that most people subscribed to this channel to watch only Hiro, as it has his name on it, but is it not a crime to film other people on this channel. Maybe he wanted to show his support to the other local sushi restaurants, yes, I get it, Tony is not perfect, but neither is Hiro, and neither are you. At least show some appreciation to the guy, he's doing his job, and he isn't afraid to show his mistakes on camera. It's nerve-wracking to do things on the spot, especially when its being recorded and shown to the world. So what if the dish is a bit cluttered, it doesn't automatically make him a horrible chef. As the dishes name suggests, it's a platter, meaning that there will be lots of things, in this case sashimi, on one plate. If you want to complain, think about whether its biased or not, and do it somewhere else; if you have plans on complaining about stuff that is irrelevant to the purpose of it, just grow up and stop showing disrespect where it isn't needed. it does if you add vinegar and psyllium husk to it. it's a thing now in many sushi restaurants. i f*cking hate working with it though, and why anyone would want to eat it is beyond me.

The channel name is Hiroyuki Terada, which suited Hiro's sushi journey, but times have changed. It should be named something more generic in order to suit the new style of featuring several top chefs
