During marriage it's two. Each one from both sides. For 60th and 80th it's only one Thali. Because there is only one side for any lady after marriage.

You can celebrate in any place either at a temple or at the house. Rituals are more important than place. If you still prefer a temple, you can do it in any Abhirami Temple.
