It never works for me. Here how clubs work for me. I created a climbing club and a skiing club. Here is what happened in both. My sims arrived at the location then scattered like roaches. It took for ever to call them over. They did everything except for the things they were supposed to do. In komorebi they were doing the snowman and shoveling snow. So nothing I marked as to do. I hate the club system. It worked almost never for me

omg i'm early, but i ALWAYS make clubs because i like the idea of friendgroups (and it's amazing with high school pack). study group (and they will actually do their homework together), one group to hang out with to have fun

I use the heck out of clubs so that the backgrounds of all my community lots are full. Each lot has several clubs that meet at them. I also have gangs and organized criminals. I have klepto clubs. Each family has their own club where they hang out and clean. I have a global leaders club where each world's mayor argues with the other mayors. I have clubs for kids and teens and teen clubs pick on the kids clubs and well, everyone else. Clubs are fun. It's a shame that more people don't use them. The game is so much fun just from seeing these clubs do things autonomously on community lots.

Someone told me that they created a club that had their sim and Nancy Landgraab as members. The activities of the club were cleaning and cooking. Every day they would start a club gathering at their house and Nancy would come over and clean the house and cook the meals while their Sim did whatever they wanted to do. 😅

I play a Legacy save that is at Gen 7 and I use clubs for their extended family members and the club house is the heir's house and its a great way to quickly get all the family members to come over.

Thank you for making a video about clubs, they are SO underrated indeed. PS: You hadn't started your Woohoo Club gathering the first time, that's probably why they didn't wanna woohoo, ahah. Clubs always work perfectly when inviting sims that are not in my household for me.

I use clubs to create companies and set them to go to work at the offices I build for those companies. Also use it to create actual grades for school (kids and teens). I think it's really one of the best tools in Sims 4!

If you put out knitting baskets for them and choose "knit together" or "paint together" for that matter, all the sims in the club will do it. And then they'll have the baskets in their inventory and autonomously do it later. I have a Tuesday club for ladies that knit, gossip and solve murders. Also a Great Muckety Mucks club for the folks running everything in the background, a poker club, my secret agents have clubs so they have enemies to capture and spy on. And then the standard, teens clubs and kids clubs and toddler playdate clubs. I use clubs all the time.

Hi :) I do a lot of imagination stuff so I don't use a lot of mods. For the knitting club, I just let them investigate by snooping on other sims and talking to each other about it. I was using the Strangerville listening devices, but with the new for rent stuff, they can do more direct snooping, look through the mail, break into people's houses etc. I do have the detective board unlocked from Akuiyumi. I wish I could find the interrogation table from the detective active career unlocked but haven't had any luck so far. Playing cards is already in the game. I did add mods for slot machines (Cepzid Creation), and Vive Las Vegas from TS4 and a set from Jomsimscreations for more deco stuff. I saw several mods available for betting/gambling, but I don't have those in my game at the moment. I might add them if I get bored with what I have, but the poker stuff is more a night out for my rich sims so I set up several lots to be Las Vegas so the club can go there and play cards, play slots, or catch a live show and that works fine for now.

I had a household with 4 uni students, a child, and the 2 parents, and I made them all have a family club with their home as the club hangout lot, and just had them hangout and do homework and such after school/work - the boosts were phenomenal and they were always in a good mood

The club system does does much. What you should do is make a master sim that’s the leader of a club. Make that club full of members that are also leaders of other clubs. Then invite them all to a club hangout on the same lot. It makes social events, especially weddings a walk in the park. Very immersive too. It also helps to have your family in the same club. So if you want them all eating dinner at the same time at the same table, it’s possible versus them saying “screw dinner” and playing on the computer.

I had an evil villain sim start a painting club. She’d lock them in basement with easels and a swimming pool. When they were exhausted from painting they’d go swim in the pool and drown. Her graveyard was amazing!

Honestly the best part of getting together is the autonomous behavior AND that it makes the world feel more alive. If you add more clubs and put very general home lots they often gather there when you play as other sims so it feels alive.

I tried to play an extended household dwelling in an underground bunker once, and I used groups to simulate daily work. Had a cleaning crew, janitor crew, gardening crew, crafting crew etc., and they all performed their tasks accordingly. Group can have their own outfits too. Wish there we an ability to schedule group meetings to re-occurring days and hours, so we wouldn't have to start the group meetings manually every time. If there was, we could pretty much create custom jobs, like offices and such.

Looove clubs in particular for having Sims meet people their own age, which can be a real challenge with children, teens, and elders. It's a favorite feature of mine.

One of my favorite club ideas was one on Reddit where someone said that they made a club of kleptomaniacs and had them meet at the museum and dress like burglars or something. They didn’t play as any of the club members, they just liked the idea that sometimes when they would visit the museum there would be a heist going on. lol Simmers are so creative! Another that I really enjoyed was when a sims KZbinr I found one day said that you could make a club of people who liked to do the activities you do for your freelance career and have them meet at a workplace you build for all of you, so you basically have a custom active career. I’m gonna use that one someday.

In my current play I run a beauty salon. I have 4 members where 2 of them are nail techs and 2 of them are stylists. I have a mod where I can control sims that aren’t in my households so I make them tend the massage chairs and tables. Then as a stylist I pick an ugly townie and take before pictures. Then I put them in the makeover chair and change their hair, makeup and skin details. Then I use the other Get Famous stylist thing to change their outfits and take after pictures. Lol

I love using clubs for my 100 baby challenge. I have a baby daddy club for eligible suitors. woo-hoo, repairs and clean are their activities. My school age kids have a homework club. They do homework, clean, and knit. Makes it fun and slightly easier to get multiple Sims to do the same thing at once.

I use the club system for literally everything- feeders club for my vamps, occult clubs, make the vampires and wolves enemies, singles club, teen/kid clubs, party/basmental club, one for all the grannies to get together, like a labour club for free cleaning, butlers and Nannie’s you get the drift lol. It’s just the perfect way to make sims do whatever you want regardless of the relationship levels etc

I did a knitting club and what I ended up doing is (because it was random townies) having my sims give knitting baskets to all the members and then when the club was running teaching them how to knit, then they all knitted on their own during club gatherings.

Paragons and Renegades are technically the only (pre-made) clubs with a rivalry between them (also hilarious that Siobhan Fyres leads Paragons while younger sister Morgan is part of Renegades). Funnily enough, I am currently playing Sims 4 as the Pleasant household from Sims 3 (Angela is part of Avant Garde and Paragons while Lilith is with Renegades). I want to see if Angela and Lilith will look like their Sims 4 counterparts when they become young adults. Maybe in my next play through I'll try to make some clubs of my own.

Hmmm, there's a mod that lets children paint pictures on the easel, so if you made a club of children for painting and sold the paintings, you could have a sweatshop with child labor, just a thought, maybe something like that would fit in the new For Rent world, hmmm

Anyone with kids or teens in the Sims 4 should set up a homework club and select do homework as a club objective. It literally takes a second or two for them to finish doing homework, which takes them forever it seems without the club. With or without kids/teens, set up a family club and add some home objectives like watch TV, dance, play computer games, be friendly, or whatever your sims will do the most; and watch the club points raise up fast! On the redeem club points section, you can use these points to raise skills faster. IE...if you have a musical SIM, use your club points towards having them raise up piano or violin or guitar faster. Combine this with a lot trait under build mode, such as great acoustics, and the skill raises crazy fast! Combining the peace and quiet lot trait and the club objective of reading means you can zip through skill books super fast as well. Best part is that you are not even cheating! Or relying on MODs. The game itself just allows you to do this; take advantage :).

I have a kids club that meets at the park and they play chess, play with toys, play on playground equipment, and are friendly. The club has bonuses to all kid skills. I’m a rotational player, so my kids are skill building even when I’m not playing them. My teens are all in bowling club, where they’re friendly, bowl, and dance. It had bonuses to friendly and romantic interactions and the bowling, dancing, and charisma skills. It’s honestly more for them to find friends and people to date, but they end up going to university on bowling scholarships. 🤣 I make a university club with the activities of be friendly and do homework. It boosts whatever skills they’re learning in university. I also have family clubs so I can just invite grandma and the cousins over with the click of a button. Oh yeah and if they’re not set with a romantic partner from the bowling club, I put them in Singles club where they meet at the bar and are friendly and romantic. 😂 Most underrated pack ever!

I like to create a club for every community lot in the game. When choosing where the club will hangout I select the "any X" option. So far I have created a club for gyms, bars, nighclubs, lounges, and 3 clubs (art, carpentry, music) for the art center. I also created a cruising club (lol).

Most important perk: Rally the troops! It's always the first I choose. With it, you can raise hunger, energy and bladder and top them up with about 3 interactions. Even my home based sims are in clubs full time (unless I'm playing a base game only family). I have found that they are more likely to get hysterical in club settings, even though I don't ever do playful vibe. I tried without greatest comradery and it still happened. Guests sims will knit, but not create anything. They'll get the skills. Do not have gardening as an activity, or make sure you harvest before your members are over or they steal your produce.

Clubs is my favorite feature in Sims 4. I create clubs for my sims' cliques so they can hangout with their friends anytime I want lol. The popular sims go clubbing and have drinks at bars. The geeky sims play video games and also have drinks. My sims who live in henford also have drinks and socialize with another while also taking care of each others' animals. Lol. My mermaids in Sulani hangout and swim in the ocean. And also clubs centered on different hobbies. There's so much potential! One thing I haven't figured out with the clubs though are what the seasonal activities are.

Rally the Troops is one of the best things about clubs, IMO. Your sims can go all day, every day with that. You just need to let them shower every so often. Plus it's a great way to filter out sims with specific traits or abilities. I use clubs all the time when I'm not deliberately trying to increase the game challenge.

7:01 i thought i am doing something wrong because i had the same issue. I don't know why but when you choose sim and select "kill" then instead killing sim you clicked, game is killing sim who was "played" at the time. So stupid!

GT definitely is one of the best packs. Windenburg is so big and there are TWO 64x64 lots. It's got dancefloors and dj booths for your night clubs/raves/discotheques. And then there are the clubs that are one of the best features in the game. And they become even better with mods. Like, for example, wicked whims. Also, with mccc you can set both maximum club size and maximum club memberships to 50. A gameplay idea for a sim that doesn't need much money: start a wicked whim club gathering, take photos and sell them. If he needs more money he can paint from reference.

Someone made a recreation of Pleasantview in Sims 4. They made a Woo Hoo club with Daniel and Kaylyn where the activities were 'WooHoo' and 'Clean". They also made a similar club for Kaylynn and Don. I thought that was brilliant! Clubs are probably the best feature of the Sims 4.

I love the club system and use it all the time. I use MC command to set it to 25 sims max and have a young adults singles club so whenever my sim goes to a nightclub it actually feels alive. Mermaid club for the beach. Magic users only etc. Teen homework club. So useful! I just wish I could have more than three clubs. . . I wonder if there is a mod to increase that?

The "Rally the Troops" perk increases a Sim's needs. With this perk you can woohoo and knitting 24/7!

I have had this glitch happen too, where if I debug kill a sim with cheats, for some reason, it just kills whatever sim in my household is selected, not the sim I clicked on to kill. Idk why. The only way I can think around it is to first add the sim to your household and then kill then while they are selected in your hot bar.

I've never minded the celebs popping up in other worlds because it made sense to me, lol. They're touring a new neighborhood in their world or on vacation. They are exercising or reaching out to their home town before they became famous.
