Drones can use any fuel they no longer need batteries I didn't know if you knew that

I do! But they do require quite a bit of fuel, and batteries are easy to make once you have the aluminum production up and running.

Yup! Phase 3 and 4 is the hardest / longest part of the game. Ironically, phase 5 is pretty straightforward and short.
