For some reason I saw the step ups title and felt an inward groan but I love you guys and my rebounding so I gave it a go and immediately LOVED IT!!! Such a fun, engaging and challenging class. I took it at the more measured pace and was able to keep up so I will definitely be doing step ups again and have room to develop greater fitness with this class. My hip flexors are definitely an area I need more strengthening so this was perfect. Thanks 🏆 Sally and Stephanie for finding new ways to challenge me 💞💞💞💞💞💞💞💞💞💞💞

Hey Trophy Vonda 🌺 We recently updated our membership format! Now, six brand-new workouts drop every Sunday night at 5 PM Pacific Standard Time. The last six routines were released last Sunday, and six more will drop tonight! We wanted to add more variety to our membership to keep everyone satisfied and on their super Trophy track! Lots of 🫶
