That's the point. The trend they're satirizing is the idea of teenage boys being congratulated on engaging in sexual relations with female teachers, but when the roles are reversed, the teenage girl is treated as a victim. It is playing on the fact that no one in the room seems to be taking the matter seriously.

Lauren Elliott I know, I never said it wasn't funny. It's a funny take on the whole matter but if the gender's were flipped I can't imagine it ever even airing.

If we reversed the roles...... Then we'd actually have cutting edge, boundary pushing comedy that satirizes current social norms. You should be on the writing staff.
